Sabah helped me to restore my Face ID on my iPhone by resetting my entire phone apps and settings. But something went wrong and I lost all my apps and even access to my password app where I kept all my passwords! I went back the next day to him and he fixed it all with a smile on his face! I am so grateful for his service and I would recommend Sabah for all our technical issues.

My iPhone 6SE was hacked so I called Apple Support Department for assistance. They suggested for me to reset my iPhone and recommended for me to visit the Tbooth store at the Scarborough Town Centre. I dealt with Mr. Sabah Murad who was extremely pleasant and polite and assured me that my issues will be resolved. Mr. Murad explained everything to me and proceeded to work on my iPhone. Since this process takes about 45-60 minutes to complete, Mr. Murad stayed longer that his regular work hours to complete the task. In summary, he was very knowledgeable and very professional. In addition, he called me a couple days later to make sure that all was working well with the iPhone. I had a very pleasant experience with T booth Wireless. I explained the two issues I was having with my Iphone. The technician, Sabah, asked some additional questions and explained what the issues could be. He did a diagnostic check and confirmed that my battery needed to replace and that would resolve the other issue.He was very professional and he made my experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend to have theirs iPhones repaired by Sabah.

Went here (recommended by Apple) to repair my iPhone 14 smashed screen an issue with my camera. Sat with Sabah to get this figured out and he was extremely personable, friendly, accommodating and funny. Definitely knows what he’s doing and takes care of his clients. Service is great. She'd help us get a new phone. No line up when I came. I'm happy of what they offered me. An extra freebie of my new phone case is awesome. It's inside the Scarborough town center so it's very convenient. Parking is not a problem. I will recommend this.

Jimmy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He answered all our questions and really went out of his way to ensure we understood and were making an informed decision.
