Make appt and still wait 30 mins the same as no appt. Adding again as nsmi took down my review from couple of months ago. Basically telling my X-ray wasn’t important as the 50 people in front of me. Probably with no appt. Below my original review.Worst experience! Had an appt. for ultrasound was there early and multiple people who just walked in, after me sitting for 20 mins, were called in right away. My daughter had the same experience 4 months ago and waited 25 mins. with an appt. I spoke with the mgr. and she advised me that some appt. are more important like cancer for instance. If she knew I didn’t have cancer or that I was that insignificant that I didn’t matter maybe she could tell my Dr. I did not need to be there. That was the mgr. what’s up nsmi! I would like to give no stars. When I advised the mgr in front of a crowd of people, so much for privacy, that I would go to another mi, she advised fine that’s your choice. I will be going higher than her for her less than managerial skills!

Jenn went above and beyond to find a time that I could come in. As a single parent it is difficult to schedule appointments and have a family member available to stay with your child at that time, especially during Covid. Jen understood that and rearranged appointments so that I could come during the tiny window I had available to me. It is so very much appreciated! Thank you Jen!

Not only it will take you at least 30 minutes waiting each time you call this clinic, but according to which doctor your referral comes from, they will accept or refuse to give you an appointment… Legal?Or it this just the name of the Doctor who sent me they do not like?

All staff at the West Vancouver facility have been kind, efficient and I've always gotten in quickly. Excellent service.

Once procedure underway it goes smoothly but patient service for booking appointments pathetic in wasting client’s time. But, being almost the only show in town, my guess it’s not just not a priority. ...r

I know a lot of people had to wait to get the phone answered to book an appt. but I phoned twice in one week and each time the most I waited was mayb 5-7 min. and very friendly and helpful. This is for the WV imaging.

Heads up - the receptionist here said the X Ray machine isn’t working until February.

Very professional staff from booking an appointment to the actual procedure. No stress and very comforting experience. The technician who did my procedure was fabulous. Thank you.

The Company is always right and the customer is always wrong.If you need it done right, hope they get it right the first time.The image they produced was insufficient, but they refused to correct their mistake. I will not go there again.

It will take you 20 to 30 mins to answer the phone. They need the requisition 48 business hour before to make an appointment. they talk bossy on the phone, and finally, their first availability is 2 or 3 months after.
