Was helped by an older gentleman today who was great! But the two girls behind the counter were insanely rude and raised their voice at a customer right in front of me. They were incredibly snarky towards a young girl and her grandmother as well when they asked for a size. If it wasn't for the gentleman I would have left. Completely rude staff. Also the man was the only person on the floor who was helping people. The two girls were behind the counter ignoring all customers.

Went in there twice today, and the 3 staff members were too busy talking loudly amongst themselves about private affairs, to even consider greeting or helping my girlfriend and I looking to buy a pair of shoes. Brought the shoes up to the counter and the three of them looked at eachother, cluelessly, like they didn’t want to help us, and eventually one of them decided to ask us if we wanted sizes. They didn’t have either size and didn’t really say much or guide us to look at anything else. Another couple of people left with us unserved.Atrocious service, i hope something is done to make this store a better place. Definitely my worst experience in any store, ever.

Footlocker in Mic Mac Mall has the absolute worst service. In the past 2 weeks I've gone in 3 times and got the feeling that I was bothering them! I actually paid $10 more for the same item next door because of their horrible customer service!

This is the first time I've had AWFUL service here. Went here with my bf June 14 Fri night to each buy shoes. Noone offered help so we asked a young girl at the counter she seemed annoyed and went back to check a size for us. When she came out she said Did you guys want the 10? Yeah we dont have it" then she walked away immediately. We went somewhere else to spend our money"
