We get food from here occasionally because its convenient, but have never had a good experience. Staff do not seem to care at all, the place is dirty and very slow. Doesn't matter if we dine in or use the drive through.

Hi there! i love mcdonald’s and personally have worked here myself however it’s obviously the staff have not been trained properly and the management doesn’t know how to staff the building properly. we’ve been put in the parking lot twice now as there were multiple cars WAITING in the parking lot alone for their food. The place is either SEVERELY understaffed and the management needs to do better or the staff have no idea how to run a store and that is also a management problem.

Service at the restaurant was satisfactory, but there was an issue with the fries served, as they were cold. This is a common problem at McDonald's, as each batch of fries can vary in taste, either hard, undercooked, or excessively salty.

Bleep this location. Nothin but thieves. Everytime I order meals they forget at least 1 item. Last 5 years they probably stole at least $600 of my money by not adding items to my orders. Take tonight, Just ordered 40 nuggets for my kids at about 9:45pm, 4 bbq dips, 4 hot mustard dips, 4 sweet and sour dips, guess what...not 1 dip in the bag...12 bleepin dips order and the id10ts couldn't read the receipt to put at least 1 in. No problem charging me 0.60 a dip though. I live about $20 worth of fuel from Martensville, i guess its my bad for not making sure your incompetent staff can read..Bleepin thieves. You just lost 5 customers and I will be sending an email to your head office.

Doubt the owner will see this but I know you guys are always swamped. I get that I have to wait. That's 21st century fast food. But can you put dipping sauses in the bag. 0/40 times in the last 4 years. It's to the point where I just expect no sauce. At this point don't ask what kind we want if there is no intention to ever but it in. Just feels like a joke now. Thanks

Terrible service. Ordered 4 meals, which included one 20 piece nuggets, and received no condiments whatsoever! Zero dipping sauce. This is the second time happened to me!! Next time I will help them do their job by checking first before I leave the premise.So make sure to check your order before leaving.

If I could give this place a -5 star review I would. We have had nothing but issues with this McDonald’s. Today we got back after a 4 hours road trip and decided to pick up something quick. It was not quick. I waited for food for almost an hour in the reserved parking like I was asked to. I received my drink at the window then told to pull through to wait for my food. I ended up having to go inside and tell them I have been waiting. I watched the person who was bringing the food out to the cars parked beside me, at least ten cars had come and gone. When I had come inside to talk to someone, I had saw him look annoyed and throw his hands up, knowing he had messed up. I ended up getting my food, but many items were missing and the food was cold and the chicken on the burger was not edible. I don’t know how this McDonald’s is even allowed to stay open. It didn’t seem like this place is understaffed either, it also wasn’t busy in the drive thru or in the dining area. All I saw was a bunch of 15-17 year old kids goofing off in the back. We will never return to this establishment again.

The drive thru is unpredictable, you don't know if it will be a good or bad day. Today I had an interesting addition to my hot fudge sunday. A metal ring which appears to be a part from the ice cream machine. Luckily I seen it before I would have required a dentist.
