The best pharmacy in Ottawa! Shun, the owner and trained pharmacist, has attended all my pharmaceutical needs. His knowledgeable advice has helped me my skin condition where doctor were at a loss with. The service is fast and professional. Staff can always explain you everything in the most suitable way for you to understand it. They always have what you need. Recommend it!

The staff here have always been considerate and respectful of both my privacy as well as my preferred name. They're friendly and have been very accomodating in the past. I travel across town monthly to pick up my prescription here, despite it being so out of my way to do so, because I appreciate the wonderful service I am provided with each time. I definitely recommend this location, especially to fellow trans individuals. :)

Glad to see I'm not the first person to have a terrible experience here. I was refused my full course of antibiotics by the pharmacist here because my prescription seemed excessive" to her. Since when can a pharmacist overrule a doctor's prescription? Furthermore

They offer really impressive service. I live in Kanata, but I go to this pharmacy because the location is right off the high way, I can get there within 20 mins. And they've recently open a clinic inside the pharmacy, so I go see the doctor and get medication at the same time. Their clinic service is awesome, too!! Much less waiting time compared to other ones I've been.

Shorted my prescription by 30 pills but happily charged me for them. Now I have to explain to a doctor why I'm in for a new prescription too early. This is either a deliberate scam or outright incompetency. Either way, they are putting peoples' health in jeopardy. Unacceptable.
