Little Mountain Place
LMP management should be ashamed of how they failed in their COVID outbreak response. Their mismanagement has impacted the community in so many ways: 1) residents - 99 infected, 41 of whom have died & others left with permanent health issues; 2) family members - lack of transparency & accountability, with no commitment to investigate how things got so bad; 3) staff - using their presenteeism" as the main reason for the outbreak's severity. It's management's responsibility to protect employees

Little Mountain Place
The carestaff at Little Mountain showed unbelievable dedication during their outbreak. I've never seen such incredible human beings who continued to show up for work even when things got so bad. I salute the management and the team who rallied and cared for the residents. Our loved one was happy and got the best care until the very end. Thank you!
