Always late in getting ready the prescriptions. Whenever you go they look busy but your medicine is NOT READY. They should improve it.

Be aware of Lisa at pharmacy. Very racist and arrogant lady.She forgot my daughter’s prescription lying since yesterday and when her colleague find out she said u need to come back later. My daughter was without medicine coughing whole night and day. When requested to give us the medication in shorter time as it was the pharmacy mistake. She handed over the prescription and said take your prescription we won’t be able to give you in shorter time. Such an insulting arrogance attitude. We really don’t want to see your face but we are in trauma and that’s why we come to your place.

A few minutes ago, I had a very, very bad experience there. The pharmacy staff are busy doing their own work and no one pays attention to you! Unfortunately, I had the same experience a few months ago. I will not go there again

Very very rude pharmacy staff, every time I call the women who answer are disgustingly rude.. have a horrible tone don’t use manners and always hang up angrily when I simply ask for a refill on my prescription.. will be moving my business else where as this lack of service in unacceptable. Don’t take you hating your job out on everyone else!!!

Rude pharmacy staff . Two ladies ( on april 7 at 4:05 pm)On my face they both saying that we cant take this customer and other customer came and one of them was saying “ i don’t know how i am going to finish my work” .Seriously thats how pharmacy staff behaves and shows attitude and i need my medication by evening and they cant give me because they had lot of work to do, on the top showing attitude and telling me to go to other pharmacy.

Very rude pharmacy staff- I simply asked a question regarding cough medicine abd if she had anything behind the counter and she looked at me like I had two heads and said loudly there is a shortage and of course she has nothing behind the counter. Sorry. 711 and rexall have it so I assumed you would too. You can be polite. Sticking to my regular shoppers with great customer service.

Simran in the makeup section was just AMAZING! I’ve had bad experience with the employees but Simran is the reason my friends and I will come back! She was helpful, respectful, and very kindhearted. She was 10/10. If you ever go to shoppers here say hi to Simran! ❤️
