Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Rachel always goes out of her way to ensure that I am comfortable during my cleaning. This feels like a great dental office; the staff all seems to get along very well.

My husband and I have been going to Sandy for over 15 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. He is an awesome and caring dentist. He truly cares about your teeth and will only do what's necessary. I would highly recommend him. His staff is amazing too. Always friendly and helpful.

I saw Sheila today for my cleaning and she used up some of her personal lunch time to do an absolutely perfect job on my cleaning. The fact that she is so dedicated to perfection that she was willing to sacrifice her break time just blew me away. I just wish I could have ethically given her a tip to show how much I appreciated it.The fact is, that entire office is filled with incredible staff. My dentist always has me laughing and feeling like I matter to her- and for as much as I hate having to go to the dentist, I can say with confidence that this clinic makes me actually look forward to it (within reason ;) )Thank you so much for the professionalism, the dedication, the expertise, and the care.If you are looking for the best office in Nanaimo, you've just found it.

Honestly the best dentist and hygenists that I have ever been to. Nobody is looking to make that extra buck off of you. You get an honest, professional opinion. I have driven 100km to go there instead of trying to find a new dentist in a new city.Thanks Sandy and staff

As someone with a dental phobia. This place is amazing.(didn’t even feel the needle). The staff is very polite and friendly, the energy there is very calm and professional but expect a few jokes too. I had a couple of Appointments at Woodgrove recently.My First was a thorough cleaning from Rachel. She is excellent.The gentlest cleaning I have eve r had.Only problem is nearly falling asleep. It did not have the usual jabs" that I typically get..I also had some fillings done by Dr Sandy. He is excellent..pain free.This is a great office!"

Woodgrove Dental Clinic is amazing! Dr. Sandy and his staff who work there make the experience inviting and comfortable no matter what the reason you are there. They are professional and friendly, I always know I'm getting the best care. My kids enjoy going and look forward to their next appointments, It's truly one in a million!

Amazing and friendly staff. Best experience I have had with a dental clinic and having to get work done. Sandy is the most reassuring dentist I have ever dealt with and for someone who has been terrified of dentists it's awesome to have one that puts my fear at ease. And has given me alot of my confidence back!

My husband, myself and our son were patients of Dr Thomson in 2008, and then moved away. We recently moved back to the Island and were so happy he was still here and able to take us back as patients. His staff are always cheerful and accommodating. I definitely recommend!
