I was pleased with their knowledge and kindness but was very unhappy about their service. Had 3 issues and one was getting a phone call on closing day of our first house saying there was a mix up and we still owed $5000. Not a very good first time home buying experience as we got no apology for this and our emails from myself and my realtor afterwards got no responses. We were ignored. There should have been some sort of compensation or at least an apology. I will not be recommending their service and neither will my realtor who always recommonds local businesses.

Paid for services when buying a house got paperwork saying there was no over due taxes or bills. After we baught the house all the over due bills and taxes started to pour in. We contact Nadine and she said it was out problem and if we wanted her to look into the matter we would have to pay her again not professional at all would not use again
