I just loved the experience of having my hair restoration here. People and the management staff were all so nice and generous to me. All the nurses and Dr jerry wong who did my surgery, were all so kind and so skillful, I didn't even realize when my surgery was over. Especially last but not the least chris Wilson who dealt with me the moment I entered the office, he was super nice to me. He was the guy who made it happen, without him I don't think I would have gone ahead with this surgery, he calmed me down and told me everything will be A-okay. So thanks to him, who helped me a lot throughout this process.

They did a good job! I got my HT few years ago in March 2021, the key is to follow the regime that they advise you to follow! I had my surgery with Dr.Wong and he is quite knowledgeable and always there to answer questions you may have. I couldn't be any more happier with my results, and wish I had gone to them before going to another commercial place that did a horrible jobHair has to be maintained even post-HT, so if you maintain it with biotin as well as hair loss supps, then you are good to go! Think of it like maintaining a brand new car that you purchased to ensure long lasting results!

After 2 years from my first consultation w/ Dr Hasson I finally pulled the trigger Dec 2021. 9 months later I only wished I did it sooner. Personally I know it’s a success when using styling products is now optional!There are cheaper options (significantly cheaper in Asia) but should anything go wrong you’ll have the peace of mind knowing you are only a drive away from professional care.

Had FUT surgery with Dr Wong in March 2022 and it was one of the most truly horrible experiences of my life.Dr Wong left me with a 1cm wide scar and had an unqualified tech operate on me without telling me where I got poor growth. After I questioned why my scar stretched Dr Wong has since tried changing the OR report 3 different times, while the front desk told me the tech was a MD but she's not listed anywhere in the Canadian physician registry. I travelled internationally and spent a fortune thinking this was a world class/ethical clinic. I still have constant nightmares and panic attacks about the surgery. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

As a female with a genetic trait of hair loss in the family ( my mother was the same) Dr Wong was able to add more density to where I part my hair in the middle allowing the illusion of more hair. Due to my limited available donor hair to use the doctor made sure to strategize on the best way to go about correcting this severe vulnerability I had been suffering with as the years have gone on. Though it hurt to hear the fact that the genetic trait I have of hair loss will be ongoing for life, at least I am able to reverse some of the visual loss with this recent transplant that has now flourished into such a nice look , mind you this took a few months as the transplanted hairs needed to grow. Thank you Dr Wong is his outstandingly supportive consultant for walking me out of some of the most darkest and torchuring days of my life. I am monitoring my daughter to make sure she does not have this hair loss trait.

I have dealt with Chris, one of the patient advisors, at Hasson and Wong. Chris is friendly, empathetic and gives very sound advice. Chris, and Dr. Hasson, are not at all interested in a quick cash grab. They have integrity and truly want the best outcome for their clients. I would advise anybody reading this to speak to Chris and take his advice about what to do about your particular situation, whether that is medication/a transplant/etc.
