I have so far purchased 2 vehicles from Milton KIA. This should say more than enough, including my 5 star rating. However, I would like to add that dealing with an incredibly professional sales associate named Mustafa made things much easier. Mustafa was bugged by me almost on a daily level where I had a million questions. This was the icing on the cake, a great motivator to finalize my purchases. He was cooperative, full of information and everything you would want from a fellow human being at their best trying to work with you as a professional. This was also helped by the Sales Manager Juan Carlos who deserves great credit, running operations for many years.Thank you guys and KIA as a corporation for your great service so far and beautiful cars. I got in touch with JC Vega (Carlos) in Feb 2022 about purchasing a Kia Carnival. Firstly, he was realistic in timeline as KIA had a long wait time due to the pandemic. The fact that he was able to get us the colour we wanted was a surprise considering it was discontinued..and not to mention the complexity of the deal from our end definitely made it challenging. He definitely made it a memorable experience and we love the car and we can’t wait to create memories with our family.

I had given them a 5 star rating for their sales department before and how their service deparment stepped up to make a bad dituation acceptable. That has all changed with my recent service experiences. I will not be back to have my vehicle serviced by Milton Kia. Kia may make a reliable vehicle but they don't stand behind them. There is no way a door seal should wear out like this with only 36,000 km on the vehicle considering it is covered and protected 99% of the time. Milton Kia told me on the phone it is covered and they have had a number of issues with them. Go to the dealer to have it replaced and they tell me it is not covered it is considered wear and tear". The dealer didn't know I had called Kia Canada and they said those things are decided by the dealer. It is not a huge expense

Bought the Kia Sportage SX 2023 Hybrid. Dealt with Mustafa Al Aboosi. Very good experience he kept me informed with the updates. It was well worth the wait as the vehicle is awesome.
