Clifton Recycling Centre

As I'm too lazy to pre-count our empties, I just leave it to the people that work here.Can be busy depending on the day.We have recycling depots closer to our place, but I prefer these guys.

Very annoyed......I loaded up my vehicle with all the large bags of bottles I have. I wanted to stop there on way to daycare. No room for the boy with all the bags of bottles. Its ok though, Im offloading them before I pick him up. Oh, wait!!! The business that is supposed toBe open till 5 PM has closed at 4:40. Liket closed earlier but I can say I am pissed. I will have to find somewhere to put a garbage bag of these bottles so I have room for my son! Furthermore, seems like the amount of money I get gor equivalent amounts-ish, are about half of what I get in returns elsewhere. I would have shutmy mouth about that though if ya actually didnt get lazy and close leaving people in a lurch!

Shortchanged about 5.00 . I don’t usually take bottles in but heard from some people that they rip people off so I gave it a try and yes they did rip me off.

I've shown up twice a half hour before they close, and been told money counted

Just watched an employee with his truck on Grafton Street Halifax. He accidentally let a box of glass fall off the truck. He swore (I get that) then picked up the large pieces of glass off the road/sidewalk. However, he didn't sweep. He continued on leaving the rest of the glass to puncture vehicle tires and dog paws... please.

I like these guys they won't rip you off .I've pre counted my bottles and cans,waited to see if they got the same amount, they made one mistake last year ,so they are hounest at least with me.

Probably the least friendly staff at any business anywhere in Atlantic Canada. Stood at the door for a few minutes and the staff just stared at me. Finally, I went up to the cash and the employee continued staring and just pointed where to put my counter slip, passed some change and said nothing. Only one other person there on a Saturday morning. They didn’t want me there, but I was grateful they were open on Saturday. Avoid if possible

They need to change their sign to read closed at 4:45p. Better yet 4:30p because they often close before 4:45p. Two stars bcs I've no complaint with the ppl that work there. Service is fine. But the contempt shown to patrons by randomly closing the doors in people's faces is inexcusable. If there was any other place to go, I would not go here.

Con artist. I usually go too my depot with the same amount of bottle and get 27$ or more. Here 15$ flat. And they where extremely rude to some young adults trying to BUY a TV sitting outside.NOT RECOMMENDED!

does not pay employees. they took me on a trial day, i worked all day and they didn't pay me.
