Purchased 2016 hyundai Tucson on June 22, 2022, when purchasing the vehicle i was promised that there will services done on the car such as Acceleration lagging, blind spots not working and sounds coming underneath the steering, but once I purchased i was told to see a hyundai dealership to get it fixed, i mean whats the point of promising for a services then, they have this 160+ safety inspection but after i took the car the lifting jack was found broken, the vehicle had transmission issue and after 1 year driving the vehicle the transmission was ceased , taking it to a local mechanic they said the transmission was rebuild which means before purchasing it the vehicle had this issue and just to sell it out they just somehow managed to turn down the engine check light. To be honest i am upset with there honesty. Charging high price and providing broken vehicle doesn’t make sense, recommend not to purchase from this outlet

Posting on behalf of my girlfriend Jacqueline's car sale experience. Ive had experience in dealing with the sales manager for previous vehicle purchases and this one went pretty straight forward. We felt as though Jaimie gave us a good price on the 2018 Audi Q3 we purchased. Vehicle was low km, impeccable interior and free of accidents or major service visits. High quality vehicle sold to us. Prices on extended warranty right now are high as well as are financing rates so thats always difficult.If there was one area for improvement it would be having a better system for test driving vehicles. Waiting 20min because of not being able to find the right screw for a D plate or not having enough fuel in the vehicle to test drive. Very minor and would not deter us from ever buying a vehicle here.Our business in the finance office was quick and we weren't pushed to purchase anything extra that we didnt need. This was appreciated. 4.5* rating from us. Would happily go back for another vehicle purchase. Extra credit given here for allowing us to do our down payment in an effort free manner!

We bought our Kia there. Had Ben as a salesman and he was fantastic. There was a scratch on it and they fixed it for me and it looks brand new. Would recommend them to anyone!!! Will go back again for my next vehicle

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. To say the staff here are great would be an huge understatement, they are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Their service is unbeatable, they stand by their products, and are loyal to customers. I will definitely be recommending McNaught to friends and family in the future and would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a used vehicle to go check them out!!

Bought a car here is December 2022. Sales experience was good but the after sale interactions have been awful. Dealership was notified right away that a tire was missing after they changed over to winter tires for me. Multiple follow ups including an in person visit all I got was a list of excuses as to why they hadn't sourced" a winter tire for my car. The most simplistic task of ordering a tire has turned into 3 months of wasted time and effort for a tire they didn't return to me

This is an updated review after originally detailing a negative experience. The sales manager Jaimie has since reached out to us and offered to make things right for us. Mistakes happen and I am happy to see that Jaime is willing to do what it takes to make his customers happy with their experience at McNaught.Our salesman, Chen, was awesome to deal with. He was honest and knowledgeable about the vehicles we tested. We were extremely happy with the price we paid for our new vehicle as well as the trade in value we received. We have only had our vehicle for a few days but so far we love it!

Meeting Ben Krepart was definitely meant to be!He was amazingly respectful, kind, and thoughtful throughout the process, he went above and beyond in providing options that not only help me get a vehicle but also will help me improve my credit history.
