Was looking for a small outboard to power a dinghy in the middle of the summer. Mike's was the only dealer who replied quickly to my email request (within hours).They had both Suzuki and Tohatsu products in stock, assembled and on display. Weight was a big consideration and being able to pick up different options was very helpful.The price was competitive, and it was prepped, tested and ready for pickup in a couple of days. They registered the motor for me before I left the store.The price was less than online stores, who would send me a big box, no testing or prep, and questionable future service options.

Bought a JYS pontoon boat from these guys. Initial experience for the sale was fine, as one would expect, especially during the start of the pandemic. However, there were some issues with missing parts and some failed parts. Getting any response out of these guys to address the issues was a big challenge. They never returned calls or emails, unless you relentlessly stayed on them. So in summary, they are fine when it comes to selling you something, but the service is less than adequate.

We purchased our new jys pontoon and picked it up recently. Mike and Jamie were both very easy to deal with and very helpful. We had planned to shop around a little more than we did but ended up feeling very comfortable with Mike and our purchase. We launched our boat into the water this weekend and it was everything we expected and hoped-for. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a boat or any marine needs to shop here, I will be a loyal customer for life.

Ordered a part and explained I needed it asap as I had to leave in 2 days. The guy on the phone said it was available and would be in by 11 the next day.Didn't hear back and at 1 the next day called and was told it didn't arrive and was backordered. When I asked when they expected it was told who knows. I realize that things are backordered at times but a call to tell me would have been the decent thing to do so I could try to find another source. First and last time I'll consider this business.

Mike, Jamie and Duncan are amazing. Jamie helped me to get info on my old boat that I was selling privately. Most sales guys wouldn't help with that. The boat I bought used went to them for service, which was fast and very economical. I will only take my boats here moving forward. Highly recommended.

Mike's Marine is the only boat company my family deals with. Throughout the past few years, Jamie has helped our family offering his knowledge, amazing service and honesty. Jamie is always the first person we call when anything on either of our family's boats act up. I trust him to know what is wrong, how to fix it or to give us a good price on a replacement part. I’m a guy that fixes anything. Presently about to rebuild my third boat. I make the drive out from Orleans and it’s well worth it. They have sources and obtained many parts for me without a hitch. Have even helped me troubleshoot a charging system. So something that comes along with them that money can’t buy. Is the knowledge and assistance you get. I had a lower unit redone last summer and this year I had a slight issue with it. There is no perfect part no perfect person no perfect shop. What prompt my review was how there was no hesitation no haggling for warranty work that got done promptly.

Brought my boat in for what was suppose to be a waterpump and reseal job.Jamie and the team took the time to look over the motor and quickly identified a much more serious issue. He called me right away and followed that call with emailed pictures of the other damages.All the repairs were done in a timely manor and complete before the promised date.I would highly recommend these guys.

I have now had too many service issues with Mikes Marine. Period! Do not go here for any preventative maintenance, winter storage, and service. They are a dealer also for Evinrude. Evinrude doesn’t support their motors and warranty work. Very sad!
