This tim hortons location is a great location always super nice and clean.The service is great, and the staff is friendly.I don't goto this location often but my drinks are always made properly.My only complaint is the new pizzas I wouldn't recommend that to anyone I don't know if it was this location but my pizza was lacking cheese and sauce and was very undercooked, I wouldn't recommend the pizza to anyone wish I asked for a refund.But otherwise this location is fantastic drinks are made perfect and the chicken craveable is top notch.

Tim Horton in general are very good at combining two things, the most loud and noisy equipment and absolutely no music to mask it. This is a coffee shop, yet if feels like you're sitting at a factory. Every oven, toaster and whatever they have back there beeps and hums to no end. Turn some music on for goodness sake. Or dont, we all know you stopped trying a long time ago.

Ordered TEA. Gave very clear specific instructions. Orange pekoe, bag-in, 2 sweetner, 1 sugar, 2 cream... Received a cup of lukewarm coffee. To their credit, the additions were correct. I asked if I get a tray for dine-in. Their response was that you never know what customers are leaving behind, because they don't clean up after themselves. I guess the staff feel they don't have to clean the front part of the restaurant. This was evident by observing a staff member emptying the garbage bins and less than 10 ft away in clear view was crumpled napkins that she never bothered to clear away.

June 2019; Friendly staff, great customer service. New design specs for the outlet. Furniture and lighting is much more appealing and feels fresh even on a lazy hot afternoon. Thank you to the franchisee.

Very rude , waited in line for 5 mins (walk-in) no offer to help and yes staff from the drive thru seen me standing there and yet still no offer tried to wave at them just ignored me had to flag someone coming from the back

Love this Tim's. Friendly staff. Like my home away from home. Does get busy and the drive through lines can be long (some better planning better be in the works with all the new apartments going up across the street). Have moved away and haven't found a Tim's here in Halifax to compare. Keep up the good work.
