Was sent here by my doctor when I had an infection close to my eye, and was so impressed we switched to them!

I was at Eye Max today to have lenses put into new frames. I could not get over the attention to detail and superb customer service that both Neetu and Julie afforded me. They took time to explain the fit of the glasses. Of which, I did not receive in other optical stores. Even after spending a lot of money at these places. They were kind, efficient, with exceptional knowledge of their field. It was refreshing and I felt like had been listened to and taken care of. The best customer service experience in a long time. Thank you so much.

Extremely rude front desk staff. I do not recommend. Will not be coming back.

Dr Sandhu is very thorough and knowledgeable. He answers all questions clearly and I left with a good understanding of my vision health. The staff was also very helpful and professional.

Very disappointing and bad experience. Some of their stuff and professionals are not professional and not ethical. They were swearing at each other and atmosphere was so aggressive. Dr Sandhu did not answer our questions and said to ask from the front desk because he needed to go home. I asked many times about the price and the front desk lady said “Bulk Price is about $110” but after visiting they told me to pay $165. When I asked the reason, no one answered and said you have to pay.They told us to go home and check the lenses and come back on Saturday to explain further. When we asked how to maintain the lenses, she got angry and said pay $25 extra to tell you. Then she went to Dr and said sorry $30 now and another day can explain.When we asked Dr our concerns, he said he doesn’t want to explain and deal with us. He taught that he is God and he said “This is my office! with my Rules!”Please be aware that many prices are not in their lists.

I went in thinking my eyes were ok but did not realize how bad my vision was until I sat in the chair - I got super overwhelmed and did not answer correctly - this led to my glasses not being accurate. But the team retested me, calmed me down that this was normal and got me glasses that have really helped me at work with reading. It was a long and frustrating experience most clinics would have given up on or charged a ton more for so thank you team at Eye max Abby for helping me.

Highly recommended ! I thought I had a eye infection and was having trouble getting into a walk in clinic due to my family doctor being out of town, I saw this place on my way home am thought I’d try and see if they could help me, they booked me in the same day to have my eye looked at which turned out to be a piece of metal that got stuck in my lower eye lid the Dr scooped it out in 5 mins and only charged me 45$ very reasonable service fee and knowledgeable staff. I will be coming here in the future for all my eye care thank you so much!

I always have a great experience here. The Receptionist Sharmon is always very friendly and welcoming and Doctor Sandhu is very knowledgeable in what he does. They offer a huge selection of glasses and a great variety of styles and prices. I recommend this place to all my family and friends!

I have bad experience consistently from make appointments to ending with receptionist.Wrong booking, bad manners, not clearly advising and explaining for bill and service.Very Appreciate Dr Sandhu. He is very nice.
