Silver Concrete

After a couple of quotes I went with Silver Concrete as they seemed to be the most available to have my patio finished by mid-summer. His crew started on time and quickly had everything readied and completed ... then came the problems.Owner was extremly dodgy when presented with finish issues I had with shading, leveling/puddle in front of stairs and quality of workmanship on the stairs.It took me until the end of the summer to nail him down to come by and address the issues. He gave me every amatuer excuse he could think of regarding shading, leveling and workmanship. He couldn't even fix his own mistakes. I fired him on the spot for wasting my time and money.I will look into having a professional fix up this clowns workmanship and continue on with what was not finished next season, including a new front driveway that someone else will now be doing. CAVEAT EMPTOR !!

Our concrete project turned out even better than what we thought the outcome could be! Frank, the owner of Silver Concrete, is knowledgeable, honest, and very artistic. Our old home was given a complete facelift with the slate coloured concrete patio, sidewalks and curbs that Frank designed and put in. It was tastefully done to suit the whole look of the home. We are very happy with Silver Concrete and look forward to having them back for future projects we wish to have. Thank you for the great job Silver Concrete!

Had an excellent experience working with this company. They were in my neighbourhood working on two ther jobs. The entire crew was very approachable, listened to our needs and designed a walkway that completely met our needs. The crew worked hard, were professional, did excellent work and left the worksite spotless when the job was complete. We have nothing but positive comments to report and will be using Frank and his crew again. Thanks for the beautiful walkway.

We had our driveway and patio done. They worked long hours and had it finished within the week. They did an excellent job. The crew were nice and polite. They did a fabulous job cleaning up. Would highly recommend

We had Franks company “Silver Concrete” do our project of demolition of older patio and walkway and back door stairs. Then Frank and his crew made us a beautiful stamped concrete patio, stairs and walkway out to a lounging area.We found Frank to be prompt , Very accommodating and professional. His suggestions from past experience were very helpful to us!Frank was always courteous and respectful to other contractors on our job site, Overall a wonderful experience and great Job Frank! Got a quote for the work on a Sunday. The poured and finished the job the next day. Because they were in the area. Dealing with Frank was amazing and very easy. Would recommend them to friends and family.

We wanted a slightly unique concrete patio design and provided Silver Concrete with a rough sketch. His team was able to turn it into a reality and we are very happy with it!

Do not go with these clowns. They left my driveway inches above the level of the sidewalk. They have no interest in customer care or in fixing their mistakes. In addition they now have the collectors calling me to try to get money off me for a job they haven't finished before trying to resolve it with the customer. Have tried texting the owner with no response.

Two years ago we needed to have a retaining wall replaced, the asphalt driveway was sinking and pushing against the retaining wall. We had contacted a couple of companies, I choose Frank Lepore from Silver Concrete because he had 5* stars and was a BBB member.Frank was a nice gentleman to deal with, was prompt in coming to give us a quote, courteous, professional.He also did the work within a couple of months which was great, thankfully we were coming to the end of the season. His workers did an excellent job we were overall very happy. Attached are before and after photos.We were to also get part of our driveway done, paid a deposit back in 2019. The project did get moved out by us twice due to covid, the communicated to the company, it was US all the time, the company never communicated once with dates etc, sadly the company forgot about us, promises made, never came through, recent reviews and complaints on BBB made us rethink, 18 months of having our deposit we asked for it back and choose to no longer use this business.

We were very happy with the quality job that Frank and his crew did. We have had many compliments on the driveway. It was also nice to see how Frank showed patients with the younger staff while teaching them the trade. Thanks Frank
