The casher that works here in evening/night is the absolute worst example of customer service. He is unpleasant, miserable and unprofessional.

Rude person on duty. I fill up my gas tank after I went for washroom. But he refuse me to give washroom’s key. Where can I go for washroom after 10pm if gas stations refuse?

The cashier that works from midnight is very rude, angry, and very nosey. His name tag says Khan". I think he hates his job and he seems not to get enough sleep. Every time I visit he is screaming at someone for parking at the back. I dont have data so i try to use my digital card by going to the window and he hates to serve. He is so unprofessional and nosey that he would grab your phone and look at it and then scan it

The guy working late hours by the name “Khan” is probably one of the worst example of customer service. I think he really hates his job and should just go look for something else to make him happy.I hope Mr. Khan gets a good nights sleep and a good potty to help him calm his nerves.

due to rising Gas price, I looked cheaper gas station, It was 163.9 reg at this morning, So I selected regular gas at booth 6 then the price was way higher than my thought. My receipt confirmed it's premium gas price 186.9 charged.It's kind of bait and switch. I talked to the clerk but I got the usual he couldn't do a thing about the pump machine.So be careful when put the gas

Yes prepaid so uncomfortable, running to the store twice while line is waiting for you. Prepaid gas for some reason, looks like nobody trust you. Thats why people lining to fuel up. Not so fast and salesperson unhelpful. Not happy at all.

I come to the area from Toronto once a week for basketball games nearby.I’ve come once a week 3 weeks in a row just to grab a Gatorade for refreshment. All 3 times the owner/cashier says “the fridge is broken”… so they’re drinks are warm.I thought gas stations make their money off concessions? I stopped going here they clearly don’t care

Was a late night I went looking for items to purchase the employee was soo arrogant and condescending he was like wait untill I'm done before ill serve you.. the Delivery driver said he can finish unpacking and for him to serve his customer.. This is definitely a place I would nit go back to and if I was able to give a negative rating I would..
