Amazing Service from start to finish. First time customer, but definitely not the last. Dave was very honest with me from the beginning. Lot of miles on my car and I wasn't looking to put a lot of money into repairs. Dave took the time to consider my needs, let me know what I could get by with, didn't try to upsell. Very affordable, I'm happy with the price of the repairs (brakes/exhaust) and my car is driving nicer than it has in years. Definitely coming back.

In good faith and trust they are competent auto mechanics I purchased a 2008 F-150 from one of the mechanics who had it as a personal vehicle. After 3+ attempts to fix an engine problem that became apparent within a week I gave up letting them work on it and have since taken it to Ford who have diagnosed the issue and the engine requires a full swap. I was told it was in good working order upon purchase, it lasted about 6 months. They are refusing a refund and told me I am on my own. I would not recommend anyone trust their vehicle and/or hard earned money in Master Tech or their mechanics.

This place is great ..i have been taking our company truck there and the service is great ..and when they look at your car or truck and find the problem they tell you what it is not like other places tell you this and that and it's not really that and they don't suck the money out of your pocket not like other places. ..all and all great place to bring your car or truck !!!!!!!

Excellent service! Everyone who works here is very nice and helpful. The location is great since it is so close to the don valley parkway. I don’t know much about cars, but always feel like I understand what they are doing to my car.
