This shop is amazing. I was pressed to get my Rad fixed and they fit me in and even came in early to get it done. The price was lower than quoted. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They care about their customers and do excellent work. Best shop around.

Thank you to Oakwood for managing to locate all new parts for an updated air conditioning system for our 1990 Dodge B250 van (Leisure Travel Van) and especially to Garry for managing to install all the new parts. We were certainly impressed with the professionalism in warning us that the new unit may not work until/ if the electrical & vacuum systems also need work. Not surprised that Oakwood has been in business for so many decades.

Honest, well priced and with excellent service. Full story:My AC compressor developed a leak, which I thankfully caught in time before more damage was caused to the system. After calling numerous shops in town for a quote (recovery, vacuum and recharge), I visited Oakwood Radiator as they were the only place willing to accommodate my needs on a very short notice. Following the replacement of my compressor (did myself), I went back to have the system vacuumed and recharged.The shop is clean, and Chris the owner is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. The pricing was more competitive than other shops in town. The work was done promptly and well, and a full leak check was done following the recharge. It has been nearly a month, and my AC still blows nice and cold. I would highly recommend this shop for any AC work.

After calling many places for estimates i opted to try oakwood out. They came in at half the cost i was quoted other places, They also had the car back to me in less then 3 hrs. The mechanic himself explained everything and there were NO XTRA Fee's or surprises. Great service all around very polite and professional , i highly recommend calling them if you do not want to be screwed around.

The team at Oakwood went above and beyond to take care of me. I had the majority of my AC system replaced and ended up having a compressor fail and screw up other components of the system. They ended up replacing everything under warranty months later and with no additional costs. I offered to pay for at least the labour but they were insistent on having everything taken care of.The first time I had everything completed they asked me to come to the shop and showed me additional items that were accessible and could be replaced at the same time. It was refreshing to have a mechanic allow me into the bays to see the current issues my vehicle had.Oakwood is by far the most honest and fair shop I have ever delt with and I would not hesistate to bring any vehicle in for them to service. I wish they worked on more types of service as I would never bring my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you for everything you did.

I have been in the automotive industry for over thirty years. I have never once been disappointed with Chris and his staff. They consider every customer family. If ever once you have a problem or are dissatisfied with any of their parts or services, all's you have to do is go in and have a honest conversation about your issues or concerns and I garanttee they will work with you to make it right. Kevin will search, Gary will fix, Tabby will deliver, Chris will acquire ( and if he doesn't just talk to his mom). True family company

They replaced the radiator in my Jeep far below the dealerships’ quotes with a better quality part than what Chrysler was offering. They scheduled me in right away and it was replaced just as quick, including going to the dealership to get the Mopar coolant I had requested! I had a minor issue a few months later, they told me to bring it right in. They fixed the issue, again quickly, with full testing to ensure everything was 100%. They are friendly, honest, professional and stand behind their work! There wasn’t any up charges, sales antics or any of the typical mechanic or “stealership” nonsense that has become the norm. Straight shooters from the get go!
