Super,over- stupid person working here. I didn't recognized her name, usually working on Thursday afternoon time(I only there Thur), she has no responsibility mind about customer complain and anythings. I was there for pay my bills, but she couldn't find anything with her computer system, then we tried called Fido customer service centre representative. I talked them first, they said I only need to pay 8$, if you pay that you don't need to worry about any future bill. You can back to your country without any anxiety about phone bills. then she also talked them cuz we want to make sure about my owing bills cuz I am leaving Canada and never back here, I did not want to remain any debt in Canada. We were one team and she was awesome at that time, but Yesterday I got a 72$ e-mail bill from Fido, So I said her I didn't understand and agree cuz we already double check and they said I only need to pay 8$! And I paid! I already leaved Canada, so can not pay that!no money,bank account,credit card in canada! That's why I tried to pay all bills before leaving as you know! But she said I don't know, Maybe you got a language problem. I have no Idea, I can not help you anything, just call customer service.That is your responsibility(she also talked with customer service centre representative for double check about my all bills when I was there)anyway long story. DO NOT ASK AND ANYTHING WITH HER. She doesn't have responsibility mind. Just a buck passer. This story is 100% real no fake.

I wish I could review them at less than a 1 star because it was a HORRIBLE experience. I had spoken to a rep on live chat and the offer I was given wasn't documented properly. The 3 reps at the store made me call customer service myself, then after speaking to that agent, they didn't document the offer she had made on my account, so the 3 agents accused me of lying saying they had never heard of someone getting an offer like that, their hands are tied and can't honor it and I had to call back a 3rd time. I called a third time...only to find out that the offer that they had said I got in store didn't even exist....meaning i would have paid $400 for a phone service I couldn't even use for what I wanted....I was so upset I left the store and won't go there ever again. The agent I finally connected to on the phone helped me more than any of the 3 of them did at store level and said they never should have had me call and could have done the work for themselves......hands down THE WORST service I have ever experienced in my life. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this location. All they care about is the sale, and clearly don't have listening skills which had I not been made to call service twice, would have cost me almost $500 for something I didn't need.

Got screwed over by Fido after purchasing a SIM card for data. The rep spelled my email address wrong on the initial contract and I never received the bill for my account. Made one payment and cancelled the contract in person and by phone and they never fully cancelled it in their systems. Then got a phone call from the credit bureau 6 months later saying I'm a delinquent account. Terrible communication and customer service. Only issue is, neither Roger's (who owns fido) or bell is better!

We switched over from Bell MOBILITY because their customer service (located in the Philippines) is TERRIBLE. We had a problem in the conversion from Bell and went to Oakville Place Fido. Jasmine and Johnny spent an hour helping us recover a phone number from Bell that had not been released. These are wonderful people and a credit to the Rogers Fido organization. FYI - our package with Fido was about 33% less expensive than Bell.

Stopped by to ask some questions about upgrading. The two reps were playing with some magnet toys and joking while talking to me which I thought was very unprofessional. They were able to help answer my questions, but the one rep had a bit of an arrogant, careless attitude.On a better note - he was fairly transparent with me about what to expect if when I upgrade and didn't come across as a pushy salesperson.
