This place has gotten me a couple interviews. But then just tells me I didn’t get the job with no explanation of why. No help provided to improve my chances of getting the job. No “insight” despite it being right in their name. I generally wouldn’t leave a bad review but the last job they said I would be able to get an interview for they just stopped contacting me and ghosted me. If I wasn’t right for the position they could have told me that. Very unprofessional. I hope I never have to deal with this company moving forward.

I had the privilege of working with Sydney on a recent new job opportunity. I am beyond pleased with her professionalism and her ability to keep things moving. What stood out to me the most was the fact that she was in constant communication with me. Contrary to other interview processes/hiring opportunities, I never had to reach out to her to ask where we were in the process because she was always a few steps ahead. Working with Insight Global has been a great experience for me! Was contacted by a recruiter for a UX job. After many phone calls/texts and 3 interviews I was fully ghosted by her. If I wasn't the right fit for the job, that's fine, but ghosting is so unprofessional. Wouldn't work with them again, they wasted my time.

I'd worked with several recruitment agencies during my recent career search and I'm forever grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Insight Global.
