Absolutely loved dealing with the folks here. Ultimately, I went another way, strictly due to my impatience (stock issue), but when I asked for a refund they processed it right away! No ifs, ands, or buts but just professional service right there which sets them apart from many retails you get to deal with.Hoping that our paths cross soon and that I'd be purchasing something from these folks in the future.

There is not enough space in this box even for my autistic ADHD brain, to explain all of the positive things I have to say about hover store and David especially! Also being a Canadian it doesn't hurt to support a local company however as well extreme sports have always been second nature to me! And then electric scooters since I found this industry has saved my life in many ways that can't be explained! And then when I found David and hover store it was like I was on Cloud 9! Also going through many family issues and trying to save my son from endangerment, as well as help #awareness around the world for all things, David and hover store are one that deserve nothing but the highest respectIt's an honor to know I can trust them and grow my goals and dreams for these for my son and his future to!I am loyal to them til the end with this !I'm very experienced online and off in marketing investing, athletics, and I know all the scooter companies and a lot of the Riders all over the world literally! I've not only purchased the X9 from david, I am purchasing the new model of the Mantis too!Then next year I will be getting one for my son and one day eventually the wolf Warrior king! I have long-term goals with these as well as again it saves my life daily not to mention helps to save the planet and the environment which all of the above means a lot to me!I get compliments every day and it helps me Inspire others to do the same! And it all started with hover store and David and his genuine kind professional attitude and also hover store in general has a great product line for all your types of needs! Even for the whole family! So don't think twice trust me when I say this is a very reputable and very trusted company! From anywhere in the world not just here in canada, they know what they're doing! I brought my E-scooter here for repairs today and the service was excellent! Very fast and affordable! I’ll be coming here for all my scooter repairs and upgrades from now on

I'm very happy with the scooter I purchased. I got the Mygo X9 Pro, and the scooter is amazing. It holds the battery very well. The package arrived just in time before my birthday, and I had great birthday presents. I can now use it to drive to work. Thank you, guys, for quick delivery and great customer service.

Bought a scooter from them, used it for 2 months, put it away for winter and it stopped working when I tried to use it again after winter. Contacted them, they said they closed the shop and cant repair it. Didn’t help at all. Horrible customer service and not trustworthy

Purchased a 5000$ scooter from these guys, had to miss hours from work for 2 days to make sure I received the package from UPS. After setting up the scooter and turning it on, I found that it had already been driven because there were already km on the scooters TFT screen. And not only that, the 2 front lights in the deck do not turn on along with the led's under the board....and i haven't even driven it yet !

Trying to buy an electric scooter from here for work, it says they ship within 24 hours but its been 4 days and still nothing. I have tried to email them and call too, but there is no response on either end. They apparently have 24/7 live chat on their website, but its been three days and still no one was responded to me on that. I spent over 3 grand and have concerns on my purchase.Will change rating if I get any response or atleast my scooter shipped.EDIT: Turns out they closed shop for a week with no indication anywhere on their website or answering machine. Would have been nice to know that instead of worrying about the purchase.

**PLEASE BE AWARE**I ordered e-scooter on October 20, 2022 and received order confirmation promising delivery by November 1, 2022 ... this was supposed to be a Christmas present. When I approached Hoverstore about tracking info I was advised this is now on pre-order for spring 2023. I have asked for refund since they didn't have any comparable scooter in stock.As of today December 12, 2022 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SCOOTER NOR THE REFUND!!Andrea

*****Buyer beware of scam ***I ordered a E-scooter (V-sett 9+) from this merchant in September 2022, but had requested a cancellation in October because I was told the scooter that I have ordered was a demo and there wasn't any appropriate replacement available. Despite the merchant agreeing to a refund on Oct 4, I have yet to receive my money back despite mulltiple attempts to contact them by email and phone. I would not recommend doing business with this seller and I will report this scam to Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission.
