Les Lofts St-Pierre - Par Les Lofts Vieux-Québec

Excellent stay. The place was neat, well organized and had all the amenities mentioned in the website. Prime location, everything was accessible by walk and had a lot of restaurants around. A perfect place for a family stay especially with kids and elders. Highly recommended

Excellent location, modern and clean suites. Nearby parking is convenient with lots of restaurants, shops, and site seeing.

Very nice and clean apartment. Close to everything. The parking was $18 a day which was steps away. Most of the attractions were just a walk away.The only reason for not giving the apartment a 5* would be because there was a terrible smell as soon as you enter the apartment. The toilet downstairs was clogged due to which the washing machine water speed was also compromised. All of that caused a disgusting smell. I informed the hotel and asked for a simple air freshener but nobody responded. It worked out for me as we were mostly out of the apartment and used the upstairs door instead.Everything else was good.

First, let me say that this is a beautiful place to stay. The lofts are located on St. Pierre, just down the hilly streets of Quebec from the famous Chateau. The loft itself has wonderful large paned windows, tons of space, and is for the most part we'll equipped with amenities. Additionally, the loft we had was clean and well maintained. The reason for the lower rating is due to safety. While the area felt safe and the first door into the building was locked with an entry code, the actual door to enter our loft was equipped with a very flawed and unsecured lock. We didn't not feel safe leaving our items inside and we didn't even feel that safe sleeping at night. This would be easily remedied with an interior deadbolt or chain lock, or at least changing of the current knob system. Also, on a minor note there was no coffee or detergent available (no stars removed, it happens).

Nice place, albeit a bit expensive compared to other locations in the area. However, it's worth it for the extra space and separated beds. It is also located in the heart of old Quebec, a 5-10 minute walk away from most attractions.Only complaint is the elevator doesnt have automatic doors. Makes it difficult to bring up large amounts of luggage.

We had loft 106 and it was perfect. Extremely spacious, well-equipped and very clean. Tons of sunlight streamed in from the enormous windows but privacy wasn't an issue. We loved having 2 floors and 1.5 baths. The kids were thrilled to have bunk beds too. Sound did carry though (since it's a loft), so if you are an extremely light sleeper keep that in mind. Check-in/out and communication with the concierge was super smooth too. We parked across the street in the Museum's underground lot at $18/night (pretty standard rate for the city, not a lot of parking in general). Great location too, in the heart of the old quarter with many terrific restaurant and shopping options. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at one of the Les Lofts Vieux-Quebec properties again - great experience!

Excellent choice of accommodation. Extremely clean and convenient location in Vieux Quebec.Good printed instructions for the machines. Full size washer and dryer. Everything seemed new from the appliances to the fully stocked kitchen.Definitely would recommend Les Lofts Saint Pierre. Based on our stay here, would recommend any Les Lofts location!

Exactly as pictured on their website! The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The management was very accommodating and quick to respond when I asked if we could check in earlier as we arrived a few hours early. My friends and I were very happy with our stay as it was in a great location and affordable! Will definitely try to book here again next spring. Thank you Les Lifts St-Pierre for such a pleasant stay!

There was no office chair in my room, which was a little had on the back but the kitchen table chairs were about as good an alternative as you could get. There's public parking nearby at $20 a day. It's very close. I don't know if I was forced to use that on my own because of the pandemic but it does seem like they don't have their own parking. Everything else was perfect! Very modern. Very comfortable. Home away from home.
