They were extremely professional and accommodating. Really liked how friendly the staff were there and how welcoming the establishment is. The only problem was little variety for locks and other items in store for the uhaul end of the business but the staff and facility made up for that big time. Really proud of the professionalism and friendliness of this location

Awesome people. Very friendly and fair prices, and always willing too help a guy out. As too they sold my camper while i was 700kms away. Totally recommended this campin/storage too anyone!

Uhaul made a reservation for me to rent a car dolly, confirmed it twice, then I drove 3 hours out of my way to pick it up and the uhaul rep told me he could not process the rental.SUPER frustrating disappointed with that.Fortunately a nice lady at the uhaul booking department sorted it out. So it all worked out but if not for her, well, it did work out, so thank you Nice Helpful Lady!

We stored our travel trailer with East Side Storage for a year before moving it to a seasonal lot. Great experience! Friendly staff, safe and secure lot, and it was easy to pay the reasonable monthly fee online. I’d definitely use them again if we ever need to.

The guys working the office were absolutely awesome. We had problems with uhaul every step of the way of our move, but they went above and beyond to make our u-box unloading smooth, even lending us a dolly when it turned out our rental truck didn't get the dollies we had rented into the truck, and swept out the truck for us since previous renters hadn't done so! All this when they were technically closed for the day! (U-Haul had said they were open).

Moving situations can be extremely stressful, East Side Storage’s staff went above and beyond to help us and seemed to answer our questions before we could even ask them! They are conveniently located on the East Hill of Peace River but we would be more than willing to drive out of our way for this service!They took us on a quick golf cart ride to help us determine what storage unit size was best for us before renting.Convenient gate access hours, paved drive up units and sercurity cameras everywhere made this a easy / fortunate choice for us. Thank you!
