My boyfriend and I just rented a place from Jason humphreys and he’s a lying little weasel. No one told us there was a gruesome suicide in our place on at James blvd before signing the lease. And Jason knew we were looking for a place for us and a dog and now he’s saying we can’t have our lab heeler mix because this trained respectful dog is too big. No Jason your terrible ego is what’s too big and I hope you get fired, your a terrible property manager!!!

My experience with Jason Humphries has been phenomenal. He has been professional, and great. No issues. Any time I have voiced a concern, he took care of things immediately. Very impressive service! I highly recommend!!

Lived in the house for 5.5 years. These guys took over for the owners about 4.5 years into living there. Made no trouble, no damage above normal wear and tear. I typically paid my rent 2 weeks early the entire time and never once paid it late.Jason never once showed up for an inspection since Hometime took over while we were living there.We received an invoice for almost $200 to dispose of 2 brand new pails and a working lawnmower that I left behind so the next tenants didn’t have to purchase one like I did when I moved in.This company lost my trust forever and I would strongly recommend against dealing with them.

Very good company and wounderful staff the lady I deal with Teresa is amazing always there when I had a question and answered the questions I had in a timely manner and I have no issues or concerns I am happy with all the help I have gotten

I rented with these guys for 1 year and recently moved out. The gentleman who took care of me, Jason, was awesome. He took care of my questions and concerns in a timely manner and I had exactly 0 issues with him and this property. Thanks so much for everything!

Arturo was a great property manager. Sadly he does not work for them anymore. Onto bigger and better things. Good luck to him.5 stars for Arturo and 1 star for the rest of the staff there.

I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience with this rental group was A1. Maintenance fixes were same day, and our property manager Teresa Byam was always quick to respond and was very helpful any time of need. I have dealt with other property managers in the past and have never had this good of an experience.

Teresa has been a great landlord over the years. I’ve really enjoyed living in this place since 2019. Just a pity I have to move once again.
