We booked through Snowpak. We were upgraded to a deluxe room upon check in. The room is much nicer than we expected. It was very big and had a mini fridge, microwave, keurig, a big dresser/desk, 2 armchairs and a side table. Beds were very comfortable and lots of towels provided. Everything was clean and smelled nice. It was super convenient to be able to park right outside our room door so it was easy to bring our ski equipment in and out each day. There were 2 hottubs, one outside and one inside, plus a swimming pool and big sauna. Housekeeping did a great job. We were extremely satisfied.

Overall we had a good stay. The room was very old and outdated, so just keep this in mind before you book this place. When we first walked in, the room had an old carpet smell. Once we got over the smell, the room was overall comfortable. We booked the room with the kitchen and that was nice to prepare some quick items in the morning or a quick dinner. We did not check out the pool. Location was prime and close to everything. We needed more pillows and blankets and after a quick call to the front desk, the items were delivered quickly. Overall, a good spot. Just don't expect a new and fancy place

Got two rooms, one an accessible room for my girlfriends disabled mother. Rooms were nice. We checked in late and pretty much went straight to bed. The thermostat in the accessible room was broken however and the mother spent the first night freezing. As she is disabled once she gets in bed she is pretty much in bed for the night so she did not get up to tell anyone till the morning. At first the front desk employees seemed very taken aback and unsure of what to do. We were asked multiple times if maintenance can come fix the issue. We had a dog not comfortable with people in the room though so that was not an option. She was provided a space heater which was sufficient for the stay and were told the manager would be in contact. At first the guest services manager of the Marmot Lodge (forget his name) called. He was incredibly rude on the phone and offered 10% off, when we declined he seemed to get very frustrated. He began telling me that it was mostly our fault because front desk is open 24 hours and we should have called to have it repaired in the middle of the night. Unable to understand that she is disabled. He then offered $50 off and when we declined and said we were talking to a higher up manager, he seemed to get even more angry on the phone and was just incredibly rude the whole time. When finally getting in contact with a guy named Aman who I believe is a higher up manager. He was very gracious, nice and understanding about the whole thing. He said he could only offer 50% off and even though its not what we wanted (we thought the night should be comped), we accepted because he was incredibly good about it. Even let us check out late the next day. Thanks Aman.

The room was very outdated. The beds need new mattresses. The price you pay for the room, you shouldn’t have to fumble with a physical key. The locks are sticky and my 12 year old son wasn’t able to operate the door on his own.The temperature in the room is controlled by electric baseboard heaters and a wall mount air conditioner from the 70’s. The air conditioner wasn’t able to keep up leaving the room extremely hot and unable to rest comfortably. The ice machine had mould in it. I opened up the main compartment as I do at every hotel before getting ice for this exact reason. Stay away from the ice machine! The pool and hot tub were alright. If you have kids it’s fine, but if you want to go soak in the tub after skiing, this isn’t the tub for you. It’s shallow and not hot enough. The jets are on a short timer making you have to get out and push the button on the wall every 10 min. There is another hot tub outside. It’s a residential style hot tub in a gazebo. It felt really weird sitting in it as you were completely visible from the parking lot and other persons windows. This is an older motel really. The walls are thin and the rooms are small.I would suggest trying one of the other hotels in the area for the same place if there are rooms available.

An average motel. A little run down on the exterior but interiors have been well maintained. Renovated bathrooms are well done and beds quite good. Good enough if you’re just passing through

Older style property but very clean with a great shower and very comfortable beds. Starbucks on site is handy. Hubby enjoyed the pool. Aircon will block out any road or rail noise.

My son and I come and stay at Marmot Lodge fairly regularly. We have been very happy with the rooms and comfy beds. I am making two reviews one for December and one for now January. The staff have been so excellent. There are many who I do not know the names of; however the ones that I do that have really been impressive are:Lucy the desk manager, she show's great listening skills which is an asset and she is really accountable. I have appreciated her caring attitude it has made our vacations really positive.Kenneth (hope I have that right), he is so up beat with staff and people coming to stay. He really sets us up to have a good holiday and shows excellent people skills.Ignace has been so thoughtful and always says hi. He has been very gracious with his time. All the staff from cleaning to maintenance (Ross) are very friendly and make a difference to help you have a great vacation. Thank you.

Bring your own pillow, otherwise everything else is great. Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, renovated bathrooms and windows, friendly staff and the pool was warm enough for me to go in with the kids which was such an added bonus! Being pet friendly was super helpful too. The lumpy pillows made it 4/5 stars otherwise it would have been 5/5.

My wife and I went to Jasper for the long weekend this Easter and we decided to book our room with Marmot lodge.Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and welcomed at front desk. Talk about first impressions haha. Serge's service was excellent and even suggested places for us to go in Jasper. I forgot Serge's friend at front counter but otherwise, awesome service guys and keep it up. I would like to personally thank the both of you for going the extra mile on reheating our meal. You guys are awesome! Our room was clean and everything was on point. Can't ask for anything more. My wife and I will definitely be back here again on our next trip and this place is a definite recommend for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Jasper.

I understand that it is in Jasper. However $250 a night with no breakfast is ridiculous. Was clean and staff were friendly. The air-conditioned room nice and cool so made the stay comfortable. Beds were super comfy.
