The hairdresser is very talented and knows what he is doing! Even though my hair was shorter than the photo I showed him (reference photo), he still made it work! I got my hair done 4 weeks ago and it still looks great :)I noticed that with any hair salon you go to, you have to be clear and specific on what you want and try to have only one photo so that they have a clear idea of what you want. So to anyone reading this, I would recommend everyone to come here!!But because our hair naturally gets messy, I do have to style it a bit. It is part of the reason why people get their hair done. You can’t really expect your hair to stay the same after the day of the cut. After a shower or once you wake up, you gotta fix it or style it at some point.

I don't even know where to start. The hairdresser clearly has no experience cutting textured hair. I have never left a hair salon crying so much. We agreed on cutting about 3 inches off the length and he took off about 6 inches. I should have trusted my gut as soon as he started sectioning my hair before cutting. He seemed very not confident and inexperienced. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and assumed it may be a new technique of some sort. As he was cutting my hair, it just seemed like he was so confused. He then started cutting my hair with thinning shears! I was so shocked I could not even say anything. At that point, I knew the rest of the cut would be horrific. He then blew dry my hair with his hands. Again, with textured hair; you should be using a round brush to smooth out the frizz. He then asked me how I liked it and I said I was disappointed that he is going to leave my hair like that. He had the audacity to ask me if I liked the hair length, not the style. Seriously? That's what you care about? For the final touch, he used wax to tame my disgusting haircut. He should have used serum.I am very upset as I told him I just had a baby and was looking forward to a haircut.I now have significantly shorter and thinner hair not due to postpartum hair loss but to an incompetent and ignorant hairdresser.
