Inspect it All Services came out and did a great job cleaning up the water backup in our basement after the last storm. They talked to our insurance company and helped to get everything sorted out. The customer service was great and the service was fast and efficient. Highly recommend using this company!

We had a fantastic experience with everyone at Inspect It All! Our renovations took place during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. There was a lot of uncertainty for us and Mike recognized this and did his absolute best to minimize the impact. They continued with the renovation as planned, taking additional precautions to ensure his crew remained safe and additional measures to allow us to see (distantly) the progress that was made during our main floor renovation.When the work was completed, we could not have been happier! You can see the attention to detail in the finished products!From the first introduction, Mike never tried to force us into anything. He worked well with us, answered all of our questions, addressed every concern, and went over and above! He even offered to assist in getting groceries when we didn’t know if we could make it into a grocery store!They’re an outstanding company! We’ll definitely work with them again in any future renovation projects!

Mike Cornford and his team are and absolute pleasure to work with. They are friendly, understanding and do outstanding work. We called Inspect-it-All and two other Regina companies, to quote on a bathroom renovation in a 1940’s house. We had concerns about moisture behind the tub surround that needed remediation. While all three companies promoted themselves as professionals in doing this work, it was clear from the very start that the only choice was Inspect-it-All. Two of the companies came out and simply quoted on the work based on square footage and my limited explanation of what I thought was going on. Mike (from Inspect-it-All) asked a lot of questions, knocked around all of the areas to listen and manually feel for soft spots, used a moisture meter and an infrared camera to confirm the areas that needed attention, swabbed sample areas, offered to do air/mold testing, etc. This was all part of just doing the initial quote. Unfortunately for us, the wall that the tub surround backed onto, was the kitchen wall (including cupboards). Mike made it clear that he wouldn’t know the condition of that wall until they took the surround down, but to be prepared that there may also be an issue that needs repair in the kitchen. When the wall was exposed, Mike called us to arrange a time to meet to show us what was behind the wall, and recommendations of what to do to solve the issues. Mike and his team were all professional, respectful of property, mindful of costs, and giving us options (low end, average, and high-end). They showed up when they said they would, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They worked long into the evening hours to get the additional unanticipated kitchen work done within the established time parameters. An added bonus that we found out when the extra kitchen work needed to be done, is that Inspect-it-All is one part of a two part company. They are affiliated with 306Handyman Regina. This means that they have immediate access to professionals who can do things like carpentry, drywall work, painting, etc. The teams work together seamlessly as one, for the benefit of the customer. We have had a number of contractors over the years in our own home and our rental houses. In 35+ years, we can honestly say that Mike and his team have been the easiest to work with, they provided exceptional customer service, carried out quality workmanship, offered fair pricing (without sacrificing quality), completed extra work within the established timelines, and stayed on budget. Mike was very helpful and genuinely cares about his clients. We had him check our home for mould due to health issues I’d been having and he was very helpful and created a plan on how to fix the situation. We followed this and the health issues cleared up quickly.

We unfortunately had sewage back up in our basement. I called the bigger companies and nobody could get us in for at least a week. I found this company on Google and am so happy I did!
