Generally slow service which I can deal with, its the poor customer service that was frustrating. I waited patiently for 10 minutes to pick up my package. When i get to the front of the line, the lady takes my pick up paper, scans it... then starts helping the person behind me. Since there's only 1 staff, noone is assisting me with retrieving my parcel.When I interrupted and said I'm in a rush can I have my package before you help the next person?" she looked at me like I was being unreasonable. She didn't even look for my package

The business time sheet is wrong ， also I listened the auto voice of the phone said closed hour is 4pm on Sat. I followed the time and the store was closed before the closed hour

Very slow service, meanwhile the lineup of people behind me was getting longer, and more impatient. They eventually found my package, but was hesitant to release it to me, because the sticker notice and the sticker on my parcel didn't match. Even though, my name, full address, phone number is matching my ID that I provided. I offered to leave them the packaging so they can figure it out on their end. No dice. Eventually I got my package, and I was out of there.

It's frustrating that when you call you can't actually talk to a live person. But I did find the robotic service does confirm if the package is actually there on hand and when it was received by the store. So mixed review here I guess.

Terrible service! Packages are never delivered to my home. I am always at home, but every time they say they missed me and asked me to pick the packages up.

Excellent staff, takes photos cheaper than all competitors out there.They are fast and friendly as well, will come again (next year haha)

Horrible experience. I highly doubt staff from this location steals customer’s package. I came to this store to mail a package around 11am on Wednesday. I paid the shipping fee and got receipt, but tracking# showed no update since then, staff even didn’t scan the label. I came back yesterday to check, staff didn’t ask for tracking#, just told me that he recognized me and my package was just picked up by carrier and I could expect tracking updated within a few hours. But again there was still no any update, tracking# still showed ups has not received packages yet. So today I went back again, this time they told me my package was picked up by carrier 3pm on Wednesday already. And they gave me wrong information on Thursday because they thought I was the other client. If they told me my package was picked up on Wednesday and still has no update on Thursday, I would call to start investigation on Thursday right away. Now investigation was just opened, and weekend’s coming, I don’t think I would get any investigation update this week
