I have travelled with Lakeshore Tours, Bowmanville for the past 15 years. I take as many as 5-6 trips per year, both day trips and extended excursions to places such as Myrtle Beach and Cape Cod/Boston. I have had exemplary service with this company on all trips. The tour guides have always been friendly and courteous and go out of their way to make sure the best arrangements are made in any and all situations. If there is ever an unexpected or unplanned situation, both the coach driver and tour guide have always efficiently solved the problem with the least amount of disruption to the travellers. I would high recommend any and all travels with Lakeshore Tours and I look forward to many more great excursions with them in the years ahead!! Definitely a 5 star rating is deserved and beyond!!

My first bus tour and I loved it! We went to Whitehern House, the Dutch Mill Country Market, and Royal Botanical Gardens.I would have given 5 stars if it hasn't been for the tour being scheduled while shuttle service wasn't available at the gardens, I'm not sure if that was in their control or not.The bus was clean and comfortable, the driver was hilarious, and our tour guide was informative and very pleasant.I would definitely book with them again.

Just returned from Florida long stay in Bradenton. Had a great time & and Linda, our tour guide was the best. Everyone on the tour was so friendly & the people we met at the resort were wonderful

I had been on two previous day trips with Lakeshore Tours and each time the bus entered the parking lot via south by the Consumer Road route and picked up customers in the same place at the far mid- east end of the huge parking lot.This time myself and another woman booked and we were there at 9:47 am for the 10:00 am pick up, waiting and watching.10:10 am with no bus, I first called the office, they asked us to please wait there, basically be patient, that there was no report of a problem.So we waited until 10:30, called back again where they then contacted the bus. I was informed by the office that the Lakeshore tour guide on the bus said they were there and waited for us until 10:04am and finally left without us.We never saw a bus but then I was told the next day that the bus came in via the North end of the huge parking lot and from a different road, Laval and the bus parked/picked up in a completely different spot than the previous times.We weren't notified it had changed the area of parking nor that the bus would be entering the parking via the north end and to watch for this.On top of the disappointment of missing the lunch and play we were further insulted and upset by being told that we were not there nor on time and when I tried to explain that I had a dashcam video proving we were there in response to this accusation, the person on the phone retorted back that they had proof that we were not there. End result, they refused both of us any refund and refused to even give a discount when asked. This company is more interested in making a profit than they are in saying, here, we will both take a loss, here is a discount/partial credit for your next trip, as some companies who are interested in customer relations would say.Also, the person we first talked with who so unkindly told us that we were not there, she also told me that they had called me and left a message. I said that my phone did not ring, she then said that they called my house phone. Upon arriving back home, I checked and there was no message so I called them back and said as such, and immediately the story changed, and I was told, oh we didn't call you

Just been on a wonderful 12 day tour of Atlantic Canada! The tour guide and the bus driver were both very professional and fun at the same time. We had stuck close to our itinerary but things like the ferry to PEI was out of everyone’s control. If we had stuck to the itinerary we would not have been able to stand on the ocean floor at Hopewell Rocks. A little switching around by the tour guide Don and bus driver Kaj made it possible that we didn’t miss a thing. The hotel rooms were clean, the bus was clean and everyone on the bus I spoke with had an enjoyable time with Lakeshore tours. Thank you for the memories Lakeshore Tours!

We just finished a Blue Jays trip to Pittsburgh and can’t say enough about the amazing time that we had! Three Jays games, a trip down to the field on the first night, tour of the facility on day 2, great seats and a fantastic group to travel with! Our driver Paul, did an amazing job and had some challenging streets and hills to navigate through. Our guide Eric also did a great job with all of the details from start to finish! Thank you both for an amazing experience. I look forward to our next trip ☺️

Worst 10 days of my life to date. Horrible trip. Hotel in French Quarter on Burbon Street. The streets were littered with garbage. People peeing on the streets, vomiting on the streets. Horrible place. Then came the cruise. Stand in line for 2 hours to get on the ship and again 2 hours to get off the ship. I have never had to endure such a horrible experience. Very expensive method of torture.
