Ok so I broke down and finally tried hot wok. I purposefully chose a quiet time hoping for super fresh. If I could leave a picture of how the beef n broccoli arrived you'd be as surprised as I...I literally had to strain then rinse the grease off. The good news was the won ton soup was good...but not so much the veggie chow mein or sweet n sour chicken...the food was swimming in oil or sauce.

Disappointed in the quality of the food. The Chicken Chow Mein was barely warm and very bland. The Ginger Beef was overcooked and the sauce was really dark with odd flavour. And there was no ginger in it. Almond Chicken was very dark with a strong greasy smell like it was cooked in old oil. Not hot or fresh and not worth the price.

The food was delicious, very tasty. I picked a 3 item combo, and it was very well served. The restaurant was very clean, and the service very efficient.

Can honestly say we were pleasantly surprised at the service, the food was fresh and delicious, and experience was nice.It may just be the best Chinese good my family and I have ever had. We recommend Hot Wok.

It's a very clean and quiet place for meals. The food is absolutely the best which we had in Mission, and environment is awesome, all of us love to eat there, service is great, portions are large, prices are reasonable. Definitely, we will go there again.

The food is fantastic. Quantity is generous. Price is reasonable. The interiors are very good. Spacious restaurant. Highly recommend this place for good quality Chinese food. Well managed family owned business.

**UPDATE** May 2023Another price increase. Now $18.95 b4 TX 4 piece combo. Plus they are no longer packing it in like in the earlier photos. It's half that amount now.**UPDATE** Oct 2022Price increase $1.004 piece combo now b4 tx $16.95**UPDATE** NO DRINK INCLUDED ANYMORE. Portions are much smaller now as well.Not a bad price $15.95 for 4 items + a drink! Taste was good, not too salty. Not greasy or oily flavor in any way. Friendly staff. Everything was fresh & a whole heck of a lot of people in their ordering, but nothing seemed chaotic. Hopefully the pace will keep up the food will stay good & this restaurant will thrive in our town.
