I had so much issues with my wifi when I was using Teksavvy. I live in relatively small one bedroom apartment and coverage was always weak and spotty despite paying 70$ per month. Switching over to Netcrawler was the best thing I ever did! Wifi signal is strong in all areas of my apartment and it's so fast!! On top of that it's a fair bit cheaper and customer service is next level amazing. So patient, responsive and respectful. I would recommend this wifi service to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat. I'm so annoyed at myself for not signing up sooner!

Just got all set up and everything is working perfectly. I worked with Casey and Suresh and they are both spectacular. Set up was easy and communication is on another level of good.It's a refreshing change and I would recommend yall leave rogers and bell for a better service with staff who care.

The experience I’ve had with this ISP has been stellar. Personal service, responsive tech support over WhatsApp, smooth sailing. Happy to say that Imran in tech support got me past my setup issues. I’m a happy cable internet customer.

Read many positive reviews and their prices are great. From another isp I got half the speed for 15 bucks more. Had trouble setting up the modem but their support was super quick to respond and in 10 minutes it was up and running. So far I can only say positive things about netcrawler

I recently switched from Teksavvy to Netcrawler to take advantage of their current promotion and am so far pleased with the service they provide.I had an issue getting my modem connected to their service, but customer support was able to resolve that quickly. Chatting with support over WhatsApp is very convenient!

Quick and easy installation and instructions. Courteous and knowledgable activation and troubleshooting service. Great internet speed so far.Local courier delivery of router and modem a bit lacking in terms of timing and rescheduling, but I can't fault Netcrawler for that since it's a 3rd party company based on my location.Overall, you saved me money, hassle and energy wrangling my cables! Thank you to Shane and the rest of the Netcrawler team.

Had a bit of difficulty with my modem so I contacted Netcrawler via the messaging option and was connected with Nida relatively fast. They were super helpful and patient with me and explained every step clearly. They also moved my billing date to my set up date since I didn’t set up at the beginning of the month. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Nida :D

Just joined, very easy installation process, immediate support available through whatsapp which is very convenient, speed and stability so far so good, will update this.Update: I'm in Toronto downtown, have had multiple random disconnections in the network while working, one happened at night and that's when I discovered that their support closes at 10pm, reconsidering my decision here!Update 2: I've canceled my service with them after only 1 month, not the best option if you're looking for something very reliable and you're not ready to deal with any brief disconnections, i re-joined bell again.note: the router I got had a very unpleasant odor coming out of it, it wasn't a dirty odor but a very new plastic odor that filled up my apartment with the smell, that wasn't very convenient.Update 3: Thank you for your response, I completely understand that areas affect the service quality and honestly if I didn't work from home I could've stayed with you but for my needs any brief disconnections have immense effects on my work, otherwise the service is good for regular day to day needs.

Placed the order yesterday afternoon, received the equipment today evening and was able to activate it in 10 minutes with the help of the technical customer support. I had gotten disconnected from the chat and they followed up via text almost immediately. They were swift and very helpful, I appreciated it a lot.
