Jessi was incredibly helpful in fixing my shoulder impingement and improving overall mobility of my back and shoulders. After getting her help, I was also more able to understand the causes of my issues to further improve future prevention. On top of all of that, she was always positive and fun to work with. I highly recommend her for any physio treatment you might need.

All of the staff at Waso Physio are excellent! They are kind, attentive, thorough and extremely helpful. They offer a variety of ways they are able to help you through your injuries!! I have seen Stephanie, James and Jessi and every single one of them is excellent!! Highly recommend!!

James was amazing. So kind, so thorough, and so patient with my 2.5 year old who is recovering from a broken femur. He was incredibly reassuring and overall we left feeling like a (giant) weight had been lifted. Thank you James.

James at Waso, you deserve more then 5 gold stars. Out of all the medical professionals we seen that kept just pumping my husband full of more pain medication not one of them offered an actual solution to the issue he was facing. I watched my husband in agony for 14 days. He couldn't move, sit, lay down. He screamed in his bed at night he was in so much pain. We seen doctor James for all of 15 minutes. I could tell he was upset by the treatment my husband had received. He ended up doing needling on his lower spine. My husband left in tears crawled into the van and felt defeated. Four hours later my husband for the first time in two weeks sat on a chair....he could stand...whatever James did gave him enough relief to have a moment to feel like this wasn't a permanent thing. He cried tears of joy. He's not completely better and still is in a lot of pain but he can walk slowly around the house now. We will for sure be back

I have seen Stephanie for physio and Kimberly for a massage and they were both fantastic! Stephanie is very caring and listens to me. She is helping me to resolve shoulder pain and i’m so glad i went to her! Kimberly is the best Massage Therapist I’ve been to in lethbridge. She works on what you need. I definitely recommend them!

I had a massage yesterday with Kimberley Friesen and it was excellent. She targeted the areas I was concerned about and was able to work them out without causing a lot of pain. It was probably one of the most effective massages I have had in a long time. I already recommended someone to book with her!

I had never attended a physiotherapy consultation, I thought it was a very good job, the doctor is very respectful and, above all, he has the knowledge and experience in his work. I am very happy to have received this consultation, it helped me a lot. I had pain in my hip and after physiotherapy that pain has decreased.
