Lever Arms
Had a great experience getting my rifle serviced when the firing pin stopped working. The guy took my rifle right away and started working on it, cleaned out the inside of the bolt and checked over the whole rifle for issues, and didn't even charge me. Very friendly and knowledgeable, will be going back for sure.

Awesome service, I just bought a Marlin .30-30 here and couldn't be more pleased. They had a nice selection available and offered a crazy good deal on a gently used model. The friendly guys behind the counter did everything they could to help me find what I was looking for. They let me handle the rifles and get the feel for them, knew what they were talking about and made great reccomendations. I'll be coming back.

Rude. Unfriendly and unhelpful. I would assume the man that answered the shop number was an owner because I can't see an employee being that rude to a customer. Terrible service, needed assistance accessing online account to reprint invoice on an order. Guy could not be bothered to help and was very abrupt. Will not buy from again.

Many years ago I went here and the service was pretty bad. The people we're not helpful and seemed inconvenienced by my presence. I went here a few months back and the service had greatly improved. The fellow that assisted me was very helpful and willing to let me handle a few different firearms before I made a purchase.

I see a lot of bad reviews talking about the attitude of the guy who runs the shop. I've always had pleasant experiences dealing with him myself. Great store for surplus products

My friend referred this store to me. Visited the store today, bought surplus ammo and some other little things, they probably got the best price in town. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Don't know why so many bad reviews.

Just left the store. Was apprehensive for years due to poor reviews. I was in the neighbourhood and just thought to drop by. The young guys were very friendly and very helpful. I chatted with the manager, he was very very nice fellow. I’m dumbfounded by the poor reviews. Perhaps management changed? I bought a bit of 22lr ammo. Best prices in town. Will return for sure.

I called to ask if they can match a competitors price. The guy who answered the phone had an angry tone of voice. It was as if he was angered by my question. He told me they never lower prices to match competitors. I was polite and thanked him. He just hung up the phone without saying anything. They are beyond rude, more like hostile towards customers. I have shopped at Italian, Reliable and Stillwater and although they are not perfect, they have always treated me politely and with respect. Do not shop at Lever Arms unless you like getting treated like garbage.

Recently got my PAL and visited two gun stores in lower mainland so far. Visiting this store gave me a wrong impression of the gun enthusiasts. People at Lever were snarly and unhelpful. I went to the competition and received excellent service and loads of helpful advice. Ended up spending 1700$ on a rifle and ammo. Surely it's not a huge purchase but they lost a customer for life. Never going back to this store again.
