My daughter bought at crib from this store and the baby keep getting her leg stuck in the slats of the crib. I the one week she slept in this crib she got her leg stuck twice!!!! My daughter had waited for the crib on back order for nearly 2 weeks and then less than a week later we call to ask to exchange it and we are told that we have to call the manufacture because they only do returns within 2 weeks of purchase…..THE WAIT FOR THE CRIB WAS 2 WEEKS!!!!! Tried explaining to the manager and she was no help saying the the crib is approved under Canada Law..blah blah blah…So its the baby's fault that her leg gets stuck because the crib is approved under the standards…. I asked for the owner and they said all they can do is send an email. I recommended this store to a few of my other friends because they had a great sale on the cribs but I am letting them both know that they are better off taking their money to a more reputable company that stands behind their products and is more interested in the safety of the babies they serve and not their ridiculous return policies. I cannot believe that they would not even give store credit towards a more safe crib. UP DATE: after travelling down to the store and speaking to the manage in person she agreed to give my daughter a store credit for the price of the crib, but the most helpful tip was that we purchase a mesh product to prevent the baby from getting trapped in the rails of the crib….went to Toys R Us and its the best $40 we spent. Now at least we can relax knowing she won't get her leg stuck in the rails and she is safe when we put her to bed.
