Zoom Zoom Storage

We used to eat in but since the pandemic we've just been getting take out. Even the take out is high quality and their sushi/sashimi platters are beautifully arranged. We've never had a bad experience and the food is always delicious.

The service I received from the moment I first called to the point of accepting a unit has been wonderful. Ana, answered the phone promptly and with a very friendly voice. When I arrived at the location, 800 Rodick Road, she was so friendly and doing the business was such a pleasure. The location is very, very clean and well kept. I am feeling good about storing my things here. You should check them out!

Wonderful from my first interaction. I called multiple storage facilities and Ana within 30 seconds had me convinced on using zoom zoom at their new site. The way everything was explained, their flexibility, and just pure friendliness was wonderful. I gravitate to professionalism and other storage facilities just didn't match up. Highly recommend them.

I read many of the other 5-star reviews. Ditto, ditto, ditto, ditto, ditto ... I agree with all the positive comments. The only thing I have to add is a suggestion to consider carefully what you want to put into storage and for how long. We have been using the facility since the beginning of 2020, at which time we were not sure if we would need most of the items we stored. If you're a procrastinator, the small monthly fee can add up over time. I appreciate the flexibility of this company in allowing us to switch to another unit in the middle of a rental period and credit us for the remaining rental on the previous unit.

Great facilities and very very nice staff, definitely recommend! The price is comparely fair.

Stephanie at the Thornhill location is an absolute gem! She's so friendly and helpful, that I chose to pay Zoom Zoom storage rather than go with my initial choice of Access storage to avail their free first month promotion. She made the process seamless and full of warmth! I will be recommending the facility, but especially her, to all my contacts.

Storage space is nice and clean. Secure and well managed. Great customer service. Ana is awesome and she has lots of patience and care. I rented a huge space 5 years ago when our shop closed, and then moved on to smaller units. I was very happy to see Ana again today. I always come back here when I need a temporary storage space.

We were looking for a storage place and came across Zoom Zoom Storage at the Markham location. During our visit, the friendly staff gave us a brief tour of the facility as she led us to one of the unit sizes we inquired about. We were impressed by the cleanliness and how accessible the location was. The hallway of the indoor space was well lit, and was very spacious. Throughout the whole time, she answered all our inquiries, and also explained in details the next steps which could be performed virtually over the phone or email if we chose to proceed. Our interactions so far with them have been wonderful. We will definitely move forward with renting.
