Canada is a wonderful country, but today when I went to carry out a procedure, a woman who did not carry any identification but who they told me was the supervisor behaved too aggressive, all the responses were offensive and the customer service she gave me was terrible. another girl (employee) who was there helped me a bit and apologized because her boss was aggressive, honestly I do not recommend dealing with this person, the other employees are very different, only the supervisor is the worst thing that has happened to me. I have the best experience at this location , the lady was very nice and polite.Not busy as they work very hard and fast .

I went here to get my updated driver's license since I moved to a new address. The lady at the counter was very courteous and comforting. She understood my concern and addressed me promptly. There was no queue as I reached there 30 mins before closing time.

Either I just always get a women in a bad mood or the government workers have such a bad job at service Ontario. Not busy at 2pm - 4pm Friday, summer of 2023. They really are very helpful just my luck I'm guessing. Don't forget prove of addresses, and something that has a photo of yourself.

Went here to get a photo ID card since I don’t have a drivers licence and have zero interest in getting one, I had all the proper forms but that woman who was working an older woman who looked like she was in her late 40s. Refused to help me apply for one, she said I was better off renewing my g1 drivers licence something I had before but because I was in an accident I don’t ever want to be behind a wheel ever. After trying 3 or 4 times to explain this to her, she basically said she can’t help me and I should go down town to get a renew my g1 drivers even though you can’t renew it you have to go through the process again. I tried a finally time to explain and she just called the next person in line to help while I was still sitting in her chair. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a service Ontario. Don’t go here and they never answer the phone I tried to call to complain later that day about the poor service, and See if I could get another representative to help me apply for the Ontario photo I’d card.

Single-handedly witnessed them lock the doors 30 minutes before their closing time and not let customers into the building while other customers are leaving the building. God forbid they actually have to do their jobs. If you actually need anything done, the Lexington branch knows what they’re doing.

they wanna close the office at 6.45 even their legal time is 7.00the form can take 20 min, so she refuses to help at 6.40Note : The associate was ready to help, but her manager said not to.

I was renewing my Health card and Driver license, took them less than 5 min.Fast service and very kind lady!

We had such a great experience today during our visit to renew and apply for new documents. The lady (don't remember her name but she was in the first counter from the right where the photo camera was installed) was so courteous, friendly and professional. She processed our requests with such efficiency that we were in and out quickly. There were no lineups and waiting required.Thank you for providing a great service. Cheers.
