Evolve with Evelyn

Working with Evelyn has been life changing. I started in a dark place with no answers or support. I couldn’t organize my thoughts. I was anxious, sad, and in pain everyday. My journey with Evelyn has guided me to a health version of myself. I have gain self esteem, gained coping skills and learned how to validate truth when my thoughts get the best of me. Working with evelyn is like having your very own personal cheerleader. She is someone you can count on with your struggles. Things you were unable to share with friends or even family. I finally decided to jump in and start my journey in inner child healing work. As much as I have been pushing it away, it was time— time to not just think about changing and growth, but putting in the work to make it happen.Evelyn provided a safe and focused place to open up and understand yourself better through her SPARK sessions. I would encourage anybody looking to evolve in their businesses and personally to take their first steps with Evelyn.

I just finished my life coaching sessions with Evelyn and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. I was soo nervous and had so many doubts of being able to do the work but let me tell you Evelyn is so great at what she does.I felt so comfortable opening up to her, like I was talking to a big sister/ older cousin. I’m in such a better place mentally and emotionally from when I first started.

I had my Spark Session with Evelyn February 10th 2022, and it it is now December 29th 2022. I feel grateful that I was able to have her continual support this year as a member of her Wounds to Wellness membership. I've just read back the Spark session notes from that day. I feel significantly lighter than that day. There have been so many continuous energetic shifts. I'm more in touch with my body. I can tune into it. I have a greater body awareness. I have more self compassion than ever before. I have a spiritual groundedness and a knowing that I didn't have before. I have a confidence and a gentleness with myself that wasn't there before. I can acknowledge my emotions, sit and feel them, become curious about the information that's coming up, and respond in a way that honors me.I used to have a loud critical inner negative self talk. I people pleased, felt burn out, had imposter syndrome, had no boundaries, felt frustration, shame, sadness, fear of abandonment. I had thoughts of not being good enough" while simultaneously "too much/too sensitive/too emotional." I didn't trust that I could make the best decision for me in a given situation. I felt more comfortable procrastinating/avoiding whatever I could then actually scheduling and committing to taking action.In coaching we talk about how fear & doubt are big motivators and so are love & trust

I have to say I was nervous to have a Spark session with Evelyn, but my heart told me it would be worth it. Sharing my personal story with someone I just met is incredibly hard for me, but Evelyn created a safe judgement free space and explained everything along the way. Her method is incredibly powerful and eye opening. I can already tell I've started down the path to healing myself just hours after the session. I'll never forget this experience and look forward to continuing on this journey.If you are trying to decide whether to book a Spark session with Evelyn, seriously consider it. To say that hiring Evelyn as one of her private clients was life-changing doesn't fully describe the adeptness of this powerful change agent. She's at the same time healer, motivator, intuitive, optimist, and task master. You want her in your corner. Tell Evelyn your dreams and she'll show you the path to make them come true, which was actually within reach all along.During my time with Evelyn I let go of some self-limiting underlying beliefs left over from childhood and I was able to knock out realistic and achievable timelines towards publishing two books much more quickly than I would've on my own. It also happened that I was working with Evelyn through a few unexpected major life events, including the death of my mother. She created a safe space for me to say whatever I needed to, and she walked with me so gracefully through the middle of some really tough, gritty grief. The way she showed up in that moment, able to walk through the trenches with me, yet still putting a positive re-frame on the human lifecycle and the ritual of saying goodbye ... this woman is a powerhouse.It is a financial investment to work with a coach and healer like Evelyn, and one I didn't take lightly. But if given the opportunity, looking at your life and goals, can you really afford to not invest in yourself in this way? I actually wish I could continue being one of Evelyn's clients indefinitely, as she's an amazing cheerleader, voice of reason, and teammate to have on your side, but I know she has so many others to lend her gifts to. I know overall, I gained a friend in this lovely woman.If you are thinking about taking the leap and hiring her, just do it. You won't regret it.

I don't even know where to start. Working with Evelyn has been life changing. The inner child healing spark session was an incredible healing experience. I've been in and out of therapy since I was a teenager and have not received the kind of healing I did with Evelyn in one session! She is simply amazing!
