They are amazing. I picked a harness for my cat when we got cashier they said this item is discounted, and we can not sell it, after 1 minute cashier came back and gave item free to us. Very respectful not for free item but for their approach to customer.

Used my coupon for a free bath and brush for my puppy. Ellie, the bather, was super patient and gentle with my pup. Included a more level up conditioner on the house and lots of love all around. I've never seen puppy more fluffy. So happy with the experience!

Very disappointing experience with the doggy care campWe had booked our dog into the daycare and explained that our dog has separation anxiety and can’t be left alone or he will chew his sides. He is good with other people and dogs but can’t be isolated. We had this conversation with someone on the phone and the person who registered our dog at the store. We asked it if was possible for him to be put in a cone if he does start to chew but we were told no. We were assured that the staff were very good at distracting the dogs and keeping them busy if he does chew.At some point he was isolated so he completely chewed one of his sides to the point the skin was raw. He must have been isolated for an extended period of time because he has ever injured himself to this extent.We were given a $600 vet bill even tho it was the staffs neglect. If we had known he would have been isolated at any point we would have no booked him in. We were open and honest from the beginning on his needs and the daycare should have been open that there would be periods of time where they are crated individually.

To whom it may concern,I have been taking my Pup to Pet Smart Richmond Hill for a couple of years. We absolutely love going there for Shopping, Daycare and Training. Highly recommended!

PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE FOR GROOMING.I’ve taken my golden doodle here since he was a pup, the last 6 years. Now all of a sudden he has the worst anxiety going to get groomed. And they told us unless we give him cbd to calm him down they won’t accept him anymore. The worst is though instead of just sending him home uncut they butchered his shaggy golden doodle cut. They SHAVED his tail right off so he looks like a rat, shaved his ears right down to the skin and on top of that he’s not even there’s areas they left longer. He literally looks like a homeless abandoned unloved dog. It is very very sad and makes my heart break. These “professional groomers” should be charged and have their license taken away.All of their good groomers must have left to continue their careers elsewhere because Petsmart is the bottom of the barrel.**You’ve been warned**

Called on a Sat morning asking about a walk in nail trim. Was asked when I would like to come in. Said I was driving in from out of town and would be about 45 min. No problem. Got there and was asked about a rabies certification. I didn't have it,wasn't told I needed it when I called. Was told they couldn't do the trim without out. So I drove roundtrip about 80 kms and a couple of hours out of my day when this could have been avoided if I was told in the initial call.Very disappointing experience. Not happy at all

Only one cashier was working when we visited. The cashier was taking way too much time trying to cash out a pair of customers. Line got long with zero moment. Instead of paying for back up, she just kept discussing one item at a time with a cart full of items.Spoke to manager about the incident before we left. She didn't seem to care either. Amazing.

This place has everything and I mean everything Roll over is his favourite treat it’s also made in Canada which I find awesome very friendly and a lot to choose from if your loving pets need something this place definitely has it Oliver Juno my pup says hello to all animal lovers

The staff are very friendly. Lots of selection for all kinds of pets. They are great with dogs.
