Our experience with Rami as our real estate agent was fantastic. Rami is the best realtor we’ve worked with. We tried to sell our townhouse with a different realtor and was not able to sell it after 2 months. Then I want to rent the townhouse while still trying to sell it. The other realtor said it is wasting her time because she has to wait me to communicate with my tenant before any showing. I cancelled the listing and a month later I found Rami and he took over all the work for communicate to my tenant before any showing. He set up the app and my tenant will just need to click Yes to approve any showing. This saves all the work for both me and my tenants to communicate with each other. I am so thankful for this! Rami also give me very timely updates and helped me handled lots of work and was able to sell my townhouse while we were at out of country vacation. My townhouse was sold within 3 weeks. We are so impressed by his professional and we will definitely work with him again in the future.
