Very friendly and helpful staff. Great sale a lot of different fabrics to choose from. This location is much bigger than the other Fabric Land stores I have been to.

We drove down from Beaverton, after calling and checking on the web site to find out it closes at 5pm on Sundays...not 6pm which their website says...what a waste of time.

I generally like Fabricland stores , My wife and I have shopped at these locations for many years and enjoyed it. Not here.. The Staff seem to have a very negative approach to customers. Not the way it's supposed to be, Didn't buy any thing , just left because of the negative experience. the Lady at the the door was friendly and charming .Management should look at this!!!

This is the only Fabric land close to us, they have large inventory and lots to select from, but the attitude and the behaviour haven't seen this type of behaviour anywhere else.

From novice to expert you can get your sew or non sew on. The associates I dealt with today were knowledgeable and patient. I am covering dining chairs and the fabric was on sale - bonus!

Don't go near closing time as the grandmas working there will be angry at you! Otherwise they are friendly.Place has some cool things. Clearance at the back has cheaper options but some fabrics r dirty or damaged.

Maria was awesome! She laid out my fleece one on top of the other to make sure they would be the exact same length! I will say this is not the place for impatient people (as you may have to wait awhile for someone to help you) but the ladies working in there are so helpful and are so sweet! Highly recommend buying all your fabric here, it’s fantastic quality and they have some great sales!

Mom and I were discriminated against. We had a helper named Sue L. Very very rude. Everytime we asked her questions she said “I don’t know”. This happened maybe 4-5x until I finally said “well that’s why we’re asking”. And she replied “I know I know I know”. We were asking questions such as “is there another 4.5 meters, how many meters are available, do you happen to know this shade of colour, would it be possible for you to check if other stores have this”. Instead of replying “I don’t know” she could have just said “let me find out” or “I’m sorry I cannot help you with that”. She was very snappy when my mom tried to help and rudely said “don’t touch it” twice. Very unkind and disrespectful. While I understand that my mom shouldn’t have tried to help by touching the material there is a nice way of saying things. When a white woman was standing behind us she was very nice and said “I will be right there with you ma’am” and then found somebody else to help the older woman. Never once referred to us as Ma’am. Also when my mom tried to explain we wanted the material for sarees (a cultural outfit) she cut her off by saying “I know” but didn’t seem to understand what the material was for after. When I asked the cashier at the front for Sue’s last name so that I could email customer service, she said she “didn’t know her last name” and didn’t even try to find out. and then when I told her I felt disrespected and that Sue wasn’t very helpful she said “well she doesn’t know and there was nobody else to help you”. I told her there was (as somebody helped the older Caucasian women behind us) but the cashier said “well there weren’t 3 people to help you”. At no point did the cashier validate our experience or apologize for the disrespect. Instead she gave excuses and ended up being rude because she ended it with saying “is there anything else you want me to know?”. When I came outside my dad said that he was trying to get help from another employee in there and they ignored him and walked away. I wonder if all the employees here treat their customers the same or if it’s just for people of colour.Editing to add that I just read other reviews and other people have faced discrimination as well.Update: I reached out to customer service and they said they would investigate the matter. I had to follow up with them and the supervisor just said that Sue would undergo anti-racism and anti-discrimination training. I was then told by the supervisor that they didn’t think this was a discrimination incident but poor customer service. I don’t think this was necessary as this was my experience and I viewed differential treatment towards us compared to how Sue treated another white women. As well, if this wasn’t a discrimination incident like she said then why bother with the racism and discrimination training? Anyways I’m glad this was addressed and I hope that the employees treat the people that shop there better.
