First time ever in an adult sex shop. The selection and variety in the store is great. Went in looking for an additional side gift my fiancee for our anniversary, and was very happy with my decision and all thanks to the help of Anne-Marie, welcoming, professional, and above-and-beyond customer service.

These ladies are awesome. They know their products and know what they're talking about. If you are a shy person don't worry you are in great hands. Amazing service!

Insanely knowledgeable and helpful staff just make this place totally worth visiting. They're fantastic and they don't waste time.If you're nervous going into somewhere like this and asking questions, trust me, you couldn't sounds more like a noob than I did when I asked the first few times.Just blurt it out and hear the staff come back with a completely non-judgmental knowledge storm that'll completely blow away any ignorance you ever had.This is my go-to shop for adult novelties and even some fun little gifts for friends.

I stopped in the shop for party supplies and found everything I needed and more. Anne-Marie and the other staff are always welcoming when I go in and very helpful. No need to feel awkward at all. They have a great selection. The prices are much better than other sex shops, and the store is well-lit and clean. They even sell movies and have quite an extensive DVD collection. I would definitely recommend The Love Shop in Oakville!

Had an absolutely stellar experience popping in at the store last night for some new goodies. I received some excellent suggestions from Guy, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Easily the most comfortable adult shopping experience I've ever had.Prices are great and competitive, store layout is easy to figure out, and the selection has a great deal to choose from in every department.I will definitely be returning to this location specifically!

Sold me a non-working product and offered no solutions.Purchased a light up necklace for a friends bachelor, upon opening the batteries I found they had leaked and were unusable.I understand the 'final sale' policy given the product they sell, but thought surely they could just give me the batteries out of another of the same item. Apparently they have no defective return avenue for this company because I was told that was not possible because then THEY would be left with the non-working product.I suppose that must be worse than this review, avoidance in the future, and dissuasion of other shoppers.C'est la vie.Every employee I encountered was very sweet and polite however. I'm sure they're lovely people. This review should not reflect on them personally.

Very unhappy and unsatisfied girlfriend on Valentine's Day!!Upon purchasing a product, I received a free gift from the store. This product did not work. Called the store, basically insults my intelligence by telling me if I put in the batteries in correctly!!. really ??? absolutely no help, basically dismissed me... No help at all. Not going back.I get it, it was free, but you could have been more helpful.

My girlfriend and I went to the store which is open until midnight at 10pm. The door is locked and sign says back in 15. We rang the door bell and waited outside patiently. The worker (younger girl) whipped open the door and yelled at us as customers. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional service. She yelled at us saying how she can’t use the bathroom on the job, which quite frankly isn’t our problem. Don’t have your workers yell at customers. We will not be purchasing anything here again.
