Do NOT go with Rogers. Period. We finally gave up 15+ years later. Every single day I work from home and have to hotspot from Telus using my data because Rogers can't get it together. Literally every week had someone come out to unplug and plug in routers. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

Amazing customer service, the management was amazing. Loved how the sales associate sat me down and explained all the steps.

“Closed due to short staff”. Took 3 people to come answer the door bell in the rain to tell me that. Just trying to avoid work.

Don't think my last post posted.For the people complaining about the security and their little inconveniences.I would like to see how you would feel if your were tied up by gun point.This is the way things have become.These staff members have been through serious robberies. Personally, they were great. Spent hours with us. Sahan, amazing person and sales person. Very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and kind.Hassan, assistant manager. He was great very personable. Staff person did not acknowledge me or make any eye contact during the 25 minutes I was in the store returning 2 phones. Very abrupt and disinterested. Not a great customer experience.

Horrible location, sign says they were open until 7 pm, I rushed after work to get there to return a product and they were locked up and no one was there by 6:15 pm.

It’s 6:30 on a Wednesday night and no one is here? Very confusing.

There is something wrong with this place. Not only did they interview me out of paranoia before letting me enter, the staff was uninterested in helping and even cueing us to leave. So we did.

Where's the minus star rating?!? I've been here a few times but this was the worst. Got the delivery confirmation my phone arrived (been waiting almost two weeks) and was ready for pick-up. Called at 5:45pm three times to confirm when they close and got no answer. Checked the websites hours of operation, it indicated they closed at 7pm . Decided to drive over there. Arrived at 6:06pm and through the intercom the manger said they were closed due to being understaffed. No apology and she didn't even take a moment to hear my side. So I took a second to write this and saw her and three other employees walk out the store. Then she went to the Pet Value next door. SMH. Customer Service is dead here. This spot used to be good back in 2016 when there was a different manager but it's clearly gone down hill since she left.
