Came in for an oil change, they broke my oil cap and charged me 100$ for a new one that they broke and online they are only 20 to 40$. Previously they broke my lock nuts as well. This place has yet to have a good service without breaking something on my vehicle. Do not reccomend.

I walked in on Wednesday and was in a rush to get a vehicle by Friday when they did not have exactly what I wanted they ordered it in and were able to get it in on time for me to drive it off the lot in my tight time frame. Very Friendly staff looking to help you get the vehicle you want.

Have had 3 vehicles serviced here in the last couple months, and completely satisfied every time. Did everything I asked and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Counter staff were great and a thank you to Mike P for doing a great job on my exhaust. Haven't had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle here yet but I'll certainly go see them when I'm due for the next one!

I told Ken if my truck was going to cost anything don't touch it I said if it wasn't under warranty don't touch it I ended up paying $100 when they weren't supposed to touch it I will never go back there again I will never buy a new vehicle there I was planning on buying a new vehicle there and then one of the other guys the desk told me if I knew what was wrong with my truck I should have just fixed it myself buy the part and put it on myself I told him then it would void my warranty he said well nobody has to know you put it on what kind of service is that my truck has a 5-year extended warranty and they won't fix it because they don't know what's wrong with it I have a real good idea what it is a part that's under $100 but they wanted to put a new computer in it which cost over $4,000 that seems fair rate than just doesn't it I wouldn't advise anybody to buy even a toothpick there that was the worst experience I had in all my life I paid $92,000 for my truck and that is the service that I get for warranty I wouldn't advise anybody to go there

Worse experience trying to purchase my 1st brand new vehicle. Will never recommend. Yes it's was under my husband's name. Ask James about the 2023 Equinox deal that fell through
