Astra Marie Reiki

I had never experienced Reiki before so I was a little nervous and not sure what to expect. Astra was so calm and welcoming and made me feel at ease. She has a wonderful energy about her and is very knowledgeable about her practice. Astra went above and beyond to make sure that I had a positive first experience and I look forward to my next session with her as my guide.

The Universe is always right on time! And with Astra's 'Energy Workshop' I got out of it, way more than I anticipated, in the best of ways.The days was intimate and we were all in tuned with each other. I learned a lot and felt comfortable to share; and weeks later, she continued to send updates and emails encouraging us thru her knowledge as she guided us along the journey well after the initial session was completed.I give her 5 stars because although my expectations were high, she exceeded them greatly. I have told so many to sign up for her class and will be sending my daughter to the next one.Do yourself a favour...Ashe!

Astra Marie went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and relaxation with the process and within the space so I could give my whole self to the experience without internal or external distractions. Despite being skeptical and not really knowing what to expect for my first time, this experience has been very eye opening and a great start to my self-reflection. Astra was incredibly welcoming and non-judgmental. In her presence, I felt safe and completely at ease. Overall I had very positive experience and was able to gain a sense of relaxation that I haven't felt in a long time. 10 out of 10 would recommend. <3

Astra was amazing! This was my first ever reiki session and Astra explained everything to me about what would be happening and what I might feel during the session and after the session. She even called the day after to check up on me and how I was feeling. After the session, I felt so much better, lighter, and so much more comfortable in my own skin. Amazing experience! This was my first Reiki session. I was a little hesitant at first but I'm glad I did it. Astra was so patient, calm and the overall experince was so smooth. It was so relaxing from beginning to end. It was quite interesting to learn more about myself and gave me a sense on what I need to do moving forward. I wish I could share my experience here, but there's not enough space lol. For those thinking about having an amazing journey with Astra, my advice is to book with an open mind, take the day off because you will need it and enjoy the ride! To be honest the next day, I realized this was the first time in months I had a full and deep sleep. Thanks Astra❤

This was my third session with Astra, but this time I tried the distant reiki session. From beginning to end, I felt like Astra was with me the entire time. I knew we were in different places but the experience was the same as in person. Totally recommend both reiki sessions and look forward to my next session. Thanks Astra ❤️

I forgot to post this for almost a year now sorry. I went into this open minded and it felt nothing like I have ever experienced before. If my insurance covered this, I would say bye bye to chiropractor and rmt.

Definitely worth trying and experiencing. It was nerve racking in the beginning but in the end great outcome and something to look forward to in the near future. People should give it a try !!- Jamie
