Always great service! Mike , Ormie and the team are always friendly and courteous. When it come to repairs they are always honest and will show you what needs to be done. I only service my vehicles with them. I drive 45 minutes from out of town because they are my favorite mechanic team.

Mike and the team at parkway rad & transmission are absolutely fabulous to deal with , I have had the pleasure of dealing with them in the past when my jeep transmission blew up, they are very knowledgeable and do quality work, I was given a quote for the work on my Volkswagen and upon pick up he mentioned they got it done in less than the quoted time and reduced the quoted price which was already very reasonable ! I have never seen such honesty from any shop ever ! I will recommend them to everyone I know ! Big thanks to Mike and his team, quick , friendly, reasonable prices and quality workmanship. I would give them 10 stars if I could !

great staff! does awesome job on fixing your car, fair prices had a problem with my transmission and they fix it in no time! and explained in detail about what the problem was with the transmission , I recommend them to anyone who has a transmission problem or any car related problems , they will be able to fix whatever you need at a fair price.

Cant say enough good things about this place.You hopefully will be as impressed as I have been.My latest issues and concerns over my Ford Ranger were dealt with and my bill wasn't even $50.They are HONEST AS THE DAY IS LONG.GOTTA PROBLEM, GO THERE.

Can Not say enough good things about Parkway.They do more than transmissions and they do it all well.They have been taking care of our whole family and never a complaint.They have repaired everything for me on my work truck from transmission to struts and are particularly sensitive to the fact that I need my truck to earn a living.On top of having a great knowledgeable staff, they also are fair with their pricing. I have been to a lot of mechanics in my life but I stopped looking when I found Parkway.

Mike got me in quickly October 2022. I needed more work done May 2023. My appt was Friday, I dropped my car off Tuesday as I couldnt drive it anyways and had my car back by Friday 2:30 pm and it was washed! Very helpful and informative. One of the only shops I don't feel ripped off at.

Scheduled some preventative maintenance for my Ram (transmission fluid change). Was done with seemingly no issue, until I began to experience harsh shifts, and was unable to get truck in gear periodically. Explained my issues to the owner and he had me bring it back in. Road tested with him and no issues were diagnosed. Issues continued so I took it to the dealership where it was found that my transmission was two litres low on fluid. Topped up my fluid, reset my computer and I now have peace of mind.Disappointed that this place wouldn’t have checked their work when I brought it back in, and basically dismissed my concerns. This was my first experience with parkway and I’m sure it will be my last.

I took a somewhat specialized truck (Hummer H3x) to Parkway for transfer-case Low-Lock shifting issues.At first, I was very nervous when the job stretched out to nearly 2 weeks.- Long story short: there was a lot to research and learn for the shop and understandably so, as even some GM Dealers will turn down working on a Hummer if they don't have the in-house expertise (and they are upfront about it)! But Mike's shop specializes in transmission repair and not only did they eventually tackle the job successfully but did it so my bank was not broken either.I can only say good things about these folks; decent, honest people and Mike is a nice guy to deal with.If anything, I would have liked a few more calls communicating what we were waiting for, but in the end I am very happy with how everything went.....

I had issues with my pathfinder that I needed help with! Mike was nice enough to squeeze in a test drive and he diagnosed the problem just from that. I had it fixed in no time and he saved me big bucks. Thanks Mike!
