Landmark's team recently created our new kitchen, pantry, and bar. We were on a very tight timeline before moving into our new home and we were so impressed with Landmark's quick turnaround time to produce and install. We hired Gary and team for a large kitchen job in our townhome. Throughout the entire process the team was professional, helpful, and creative. We completely removed an old kitchen, redesigned the previous layout, and created a new space that flows well and is incredibly functional. Gary provided top levels of customer service and was always available for questions. Gary personally inspected the installation and ensure all deficiencies were attended to quickly. We needed to redo our entire kitchen but where to begin. We visited many places but didn't feel comfortable with any of them.My wife and I visited Landmark Kitchens and were impressed with the beautiful showroom and many display options for cabinets, counters, faucets and sinks.We met Gary and after speaking with him we felt totally at ease. Working directly with the owner has obvious advantages. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His humble and friendly nature and calm demeanour in answering our many questions was important to us. We knew right away that Gary was who we wanted to redo our kitchen.Our initial design discussion meeting moved to schematics quickly and it was very exciting to see our dream take shape.The old kitchen teardown was done rapidly and with little mess. Gary's crews are second to none. They are the most respectful and friendly people we have ever dealt with.There were many renovation details that needed to be completed before the kitchen cabinet install. Flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting, bulkhead and pipes, etc. Gary managed all of the trades flawlessly. This was a big reason we chose Gary and Landmark as we wanted a turnkey renovation with one project leader who took care of every detail.Once the cabinets were installed the next big item was our giant 10 x 4 foot quartz island with custom farmer sink built into it. This is truly the centrepiece of our home.Gary visited our home numerous times during the renovation to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was also always quick to answer a text or phone call.We are so happy with our kitchen. My wife and I sit in our family room overlooking the kitchen and just stare at it with a smile on our faces. We hired Landmark Kitchen to replace our entire kitchen. The entire Landmark Kitchen team was unbelievable. Garry is a consummate professional who takes pride in his work and isn't simply after completing the job. His accessibility, consultation, and guidance during the manufacturing of the cabinetry, from design to finish, was beyond expectations. During the install, his installer Paul was wonderful. Paul was particularly sensitive to the fact that we were still living in the house – he kept the work zone clean and uncluttered. All the sub-contractors recommended by Garry to complete the counter tops, electrical work, plumbing work, and tiling work required as part of the re-model/re-configuration of the kitchen were all amazing. Above all that, however, was the fact that Gary recognized the critical path for completing our project to have the kitchen operational for our Christmas dinner with extended family, and made sure he relayed this information to the entire team. We had our new kitchen in time to be showered with compliments from the guests.We love our new kitchen. We highly recommend Landmark Kitchen to be your next partner in achieving your dream of having a “magazine” kitchen.

If I could give more than five stars, I would!We live in an end unit of a townhome complex in Oakville. We have two small children, and had been playing with the idea of moving to a home with a bigger kitchen or renovating our existing home. These options were in our head for years, but given the housing market, moving wasn't an option high on our list. We started giving serious consideration to renovating, however we couldn't find someone we trusted, along with a design that we thought could fit into our space. A friend recommended Landmark, and that was the beginning of our journey.I contacted them, and very shortly after Gary called me to set up a free in home appointment. As soon as he walked into our home and looked around, we knew he had the experience we were looking for, along with the knowledge of what was required. With that being said, it was still a very big undertaking that required some serious thought, I didn't think we would actually go through with it. We always wanted a big island where we could sit and eat dinner, along with having more prep and entertaining space, we didn't think that was possible in a townhome. Gary immediately came up with a plan that he said would suit our needs, which I didn't believe. The meeting ended well, and Gary said he'd contact us in a few days with a quote, along with a rough design plan. As promised, within a few days my email alerted me, and there was the plan, I was shocked that he was able to provide a design that would work.He asked us to come see him at his shop to talk about it and see his designed kitchens, which we accepted. Once we walked in and saw the beautiful kitchens and the quality, it all suddenly became very real. He showed us an autocad design of our kitchen, along with different materials, colours, and cabinet types. It didn't take very long for us to agree to move forward with the project, and we have no regrets.The overall renovation of the first floor of our home was stressful, not because of the work ahead of us but for the fact we had to uproot our family. The company we had contracted to do the other work was also very professional and helpful throughout to process, as was Gary and his team.We are very happy that we decided to go this route, we put our trust in the right people and the right companies and it paid off. Even when we have any type of follow-up questions, almost one year after the project, Gary, his son, and the rest of the team are always there to meet our needs.If you're serious about doing a reno, go check out the high quality of their finishes, it is only matched by quality of people they are. The pictures I've added don't do justice to how their work has changed the functionality of our home.

I had my basement renovated this past August; and with the help of Sundeep, and his father, they created a design for a Wet Bar, that would fit perfectly and set a smooth ambiance to my newly build basement.
