直邮中国的产品有很大问题买的直邮鱼胶 收到的包装印刷竟然把fish印成了fidh（如图） 联系客服 还得要寄回去才给退款，这种质量有问题的食品，家里已经扔了，难道还寄回去让你继续卖给别人？？客服坚持解释质量肯定没问题， 只是印刷品控的问题，但无法再信任。希望真的只是品控问题，但这也无法justify，如此明显错误都不能查出来，东西质量也不敢保证。如果你是知假卖假，连老人保健品都敢造假，鲜多多老板你等报应吧。不论任何理由借口，以后都不会选择鲜多多。(客服态度还行)

Put note on order to deliver before the address close at 5pm but was ignored. Only send alert on delivery between 6:48-8:48pm at 2:35pm on the same day. Contact customer service and they said rescheduling to another day will cost me even though they are the one ignored the instruction. Will not buy again.

NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! First of all, I ordered multiple stuff from them. You will be expected either missing order or horrible customer service. They never delivered on the date that they promised. And if you contact the customer service, they ain’t solve the problem at all. I was told to wait for my order before 5 PM. And l talked the customer service. The girl said “we are busy”.我收到的包裹几乎每次都是缺的，每次都是没有在指定的时间送到，打了客服，态度恶劣，还说我们很忙那明天给你送不就好了。小姐你做客服长点心好么。到处都能买，我不会再向你们定任何东西。
