As someone who was looking for a residential rent their approval process was too slow and some of the questions they ask employers are a bit of a stretch.Was waiting at least a week and a half in a motel for application approval before I finally gave up and rented with another profesional company (which approved me within 24 hours and gave me a move in date).If you are coming new to the area I would discourage you from applying for rent with these folks. If you are already have a rental here it probably doesn't matter.
